And gently close your eyes.

Envision yourself surrounded by the gentle flow of a stream.

Its cool waters offer comfort and symbolize life's continual flow.

Listen to the soothing sounds of water,

A reminder of nature's calm and resilience.

As thoughts or worries enter your mind,

Simply notice them.

Place each one on a leaf in the stream and watch it float away.

With each leaf that drifts off,

You're invited into a deeper sense of peace,

Letting go without effort.
