With this meditation you will connect with and flex your Intuition muscle.

At times,

You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition.

What you'll discover will be wonderful.

What you'll discover is yourself,

Dear friend,

Welcome.

I'm Ipek Williamson.

Please make sure you have pen and paper ready with you,

As you will use them at the end of the meditation.

The meditation that we will practice now will require a specific hand position,

Which is called Shuni Mudra.

It's by far the best mudra for intuition.

This gesture is used to improve intuition,

Alertness and sensory powers.

It also purifies your emotions and thoughts.

This mudra is performed by touching the tip of your middle finger to the tip of your thumb,

Keeping the other three fingers relaxed on both hands.

Let's start.

Sit or stand comfortably with a straight back.

Bring your hands into the Shuni Mudra position that I have mentioned earlier by touching the tip of your thumb to the tip of your middle finger in both hands.

Roll your shoulders back and forth a few times.

Then let them relax.

Now gently move your head back and forth.

Back and forth.

And now relax.

Put your chin in a little to elongate your neck and close your eyes.

You will take seven mindful breaths to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.

When you do that,

You will relax and reduce amygdala activity.

Accordingly,

You will feel less stressed.

Check with your crown.

3.

Four.

Five.

Six.

And seven.

Now,

Please recite with me,

Inwardly or out loud,

The following mantra,

Seven times.

Still,

And profoundly.

A keeps champions ofecaition guides us back to these engaged reflections.

I am receiving messages from within.

Focus on a little above the middle of your eyebrows,

Your third eye,

Also known as the seat of intuition,

Which is the key to perception beyond sight.

We want to activate this spot.

So begin to meditate on your third eye.

Imagine pure white light radiating outwards from your third eye.

The white light fills the space around you.

We will stay in this state for three minutes.

While doing that,

Keep repeating the mantra until you hear the sound of a bell.

Let's start.

I am receiving messages from within.

Continue with the mantra.

Continue with the mantra.

Continue with the mantra.

Continue with the mantra.

Continue with the mantra.

Continue with the mantra.

Continue with the mantra.

Continue with the mantra.

It's time to release the mantra.

This is the way to activate your intuition.

Now,

I will leave you to sit in silence for 10 minutes or longer if you like,

As it is when you will start hearing your inner voice.

Pay attention and recognize the insights that come to you.

And say to yourself,

Thank you for this insight.

Then after opening your eyes,

Write down any specific messages or insights you received.

From my heart to yours,

With all my love and gratitude.

I love your voice. I never knew of this intuitive practice regarding the tongue, but something happened. I didn't know when I was supposed to stop touching my tongue with my middle fingers but I did when we started the affirmation. I loved the focus on the 3rd eye, I saw many petaled flowers blooming into my current art work. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you from New Zealand.

Excellent. I loved the guided experience. Was I supposed to hear a bell at then of the silent part. If so I missed that instruction. Got lost in terms of time so i felt a bit confused about when to write.
