The meditation that we will practice now will require a specific hand position,
Which is called Shuni Mudra.
It's by far the best mudra for intuition.
This gesture is used to improve intuition,
Alertness and sensory powers.
It also purifies your emotions and thoughts.
This mudra is performed by touching the tip of your middle finger to the tip of your thumb,
Keeping the other three fingers relaxed on both hands.
Let's start.
Sit or stand comfortably with a straight back.
Bring your hands into the Shuni Mudra position that I have mentioned earlier by touching the tip of your thumb to the tip of your middle finger in both hands.
Roll your shoulders back and forth a few times.
Then let them relax.
Now gently move your head back and forth.
Back and forth.
And now relax.
Put your chin in a little to elongate your neck and close your eyes.
You will take seven mindful breaths to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.
When you do that,
You will relax and reduce amygdala activity.

The white light fills the space around you.
We will stay in this state for three minutes.
