Hello beautiful human and a warm welcome from Kenya to wherever you are in the world.
Welcome to this soul wellness practice that's all about a soft and gentle dive into your self-connection that invites you to feel yourself again,
Your needs,
Your sanctuaries and your inner powers.
The ability to feel yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and to those around you,
For you make yourself accessible in truth,
Authenticity and self-awareness.
So if you are ready to feel yourself,
Take the most comfortable position you can think of today and let's begin.
Okay and just take one deep breath to signal yourself that you are allowing yourself to be in that space that you have given to yourself,
You have gifted yourself with today,
That space that's all about you and all about the now.
So just take a deep inhale and let go by exhaling deeply,
Let go of everything that's maybe running through your mind that's trying to get your attention,
Anything that's from last week or some hours ago or from next week,
Any to-dos,
Any commitments,
Just breathe them out,
Let them go.
Alright.
And connect to your body,
That's just happening maybe through a focus shift or maybe you would like to touch yourself physically,
Place your hand on top of your heart,
Your chest or your belly,
So just give that hello to your body.
Sometimes we are so busy throughout the day that we tend to leave our body,
Tend to forget about that sacred connection that helps us to be in the now,
In the presence.
So by exhaling let go of everything that separates you from your body,
Separates you from feeling grounded and safe within your physical sanctuary.
You can imagine really sinking deep inside of your body with every breath,
Sinking into your legs,
Your pelvis,
Your feet and opening the soles of your feet towards the earth,
Letting go of all the energies,
Tensions that don't support you right now.
Just flow it out into the earth and check in with yourself where are you holding tension right now,
Where in your body are you tensed?
So relax your hips,
Your joints,
Maybe the shoulders,
Maybe the jaw,
Your tongue.
Remember you are safe and there's nothing you need to do right now.
Just be,
Trust yourself and trust your inner flows,
Surrender to what is there and see how are you feeling right now,
Is there any emotion,
Any feeling that you are suppressing right now,
Maybe you didn't have space today to really connect to what is there,
A feeling that didn't get enough space,
That's creating tension in your chest or somewhere else in your body so just connect to yourself,
You know how you are doing this,
You know how to connect to yourself.
And there's nothing to judge,
Nothing to push,
Nothing about perfection,
You are exactly where you need to be.
So find that compassion for yourself,
For whoever you are right now,
Wherever you are right now and release anything that separates you from yourself.
Okay and then from there I'm inviting you to think of a situation when you thought something was really sad and you didn't feel it,
What situation comes to your mind when you thought something was really sad but you didn't,
You couldn't feel it,
See what arises,
Maybe it's a situation of farewell,
Maybe it's somebody's actions that you thought were really sad,
Some circumstances,
Maybe it was a movie,
An observation,
Maybe it was seeing nature thirsting for rain,
Was it a conversation,
So whatever comes to your mind now take it for real.
You knew it was sad but you didn't really feel it so give your hello to that situation,
Hello as a neutral yet loving appreciation,
Just acknowledge that situation,
There's nothing to correct,
Nothing to improve on it,
It's just that simple act of okay I see you.
So see that situation in front of your inner eye,
If that is helpful for you,
You can see that situation on a white screen some meters in front of you,
If that's easier for you to keep a distance,
To separate yourself from that situation,
From that image.
Okay and continue breathing and see yourself in connection to that situation,
In that situation,
What do you see?
Where in your body,
Where in your system is an activation,
Maybe you see where energy is flowing in a specific color,
Where is stagnant energy,
In that situation are you breathing deeply or maybe holding on to your breath?
Okay,
Hello,
It is and remember you are not that situation,
You are watching a situation with a safe distance,
Just remind yourself.
Okay and then see how did you deal with not actually allowing yourself to feel?
So how do you react to that pattern?
Maybe you are overacting in that situation,
Maybe kind of performing,
Maybe talking a lot or not talking at all,
How do you deal with it?
Maybe you are backing out of the situation,
Maybe you are laughing a lot,
Creating humor,
Maybe you are just shifting the topic to another one,
Avoiding the actual energy.
Hello,
What do you see,
What do you perceive,
What do you know?
Trust your perception and continue breathing.
Okay,
Yeah if we don't have permission to feel,
We actually don't have permission to be and to connect with the world on a level of trust and truth.
Hello,
And there is nothing wrong with it,
You have very good reasons for how you react so if you find yourself judging yourself now,
Find compassion and breathe,
Let go.
And then in that situation,
In your body,
In your system,
See that feeling of sadness inside of you,
You might see it in a color,
In a particular frequency,
You might know it,
Feel it,
The feeling of sadness,
The energy of sadness.
And maybe for you it's more something like grief,
Maybe you notice something like anger,
So my invitation would be to find the sadness underneath that anger or underneath that grief,
Go layer by layer and find that color,
That spark.
How do you perceive the sadness within your body and where does it flow?
Where is it actually caged,
Blocked?
Maybe you can't see it inside of your body at all,
Maybe it's somewhere outside your physical system,
Maybe in your aura,
So how do you perceive it?
And trust your perception,
There's no right or wrong,
You know,
Trust your perception.
And see,
Are you still separated from that situation,
Do you still feel your body,
You might want to touch your body for a moment,
Connect to the earth through your feet and take one breath and from there reconnect to that image you are working with right now.
And I'm inviting you now to connect to that spark,
To that energy of sadness you're seeing in that situation,
So match to that energy,
Even if it's just a spark,
Connect to it,
Connect to that energy,
Connect to that energy,
Connect to that energy,
A spark,
Connect to it.
Which beliefs come to your mind,
Which judgments,
Concepts about that feeling of sadness?
So what I would like you to do is stay connected to that color,
That frequency of that feeling inside of your system,
Inside of that situation,
Breathe,
Match to it,
And then trace it inside of your physical body right now,
Breathe deeply,
Let go of your brain,
Trust your body,
Trust your perception.
And as I give suggestions of beliefs and energies,
You breathe and wherever you resonate,
You just flow these energies out,
All the energies that come in between you and that color,
That feeling,
You let them go,
Flow them out,
Breathe them out,
So just be,
Breathe and see where you resonate.
Okay,
The first one is,
It's not appropriate to be sad.
When your body,
When your system,
Do you resonate to that belief,
That so-called truth,
That conditioning?
Maybe you perceive it in a different color,
Maybe you just feel it as a tension,
You just know it's there,
So you don't need to analyze,
You don't need to do anything,
Just let it go,
Flow it out into the earth,
Breathe it out,
Let go.
That is not your truth.
That is not your truth.
It's not appropriate to be sad.
Okay,
The next one is,
When I'm sad,
I'm too much.
Okay,
Breathe it out,
Let it go.
Wherever you find traces of that so-called truth,
Flow it out,
Let it go.
When I'm sad,
I'm too much.
That's a lie.
You can never be too much,
Remember.
When I'm expressing sadness,
I'm scaring others.
Let it go.
Let go what resonates in you.
Breathe it out,
Flow it out,
Shower it out.
You don't need to understand where it comes from,
Just let it go.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
It's not obvious.
I'm too vulnerable.
Let it go.
Flow it out.
See where you resonate.
Breathe it out.
And perceive that color,
That frequency of sadness,
Gaining more and more space,
Permission inside of your body as you let go of all these restrictive beliefs,
Patterns,
Conditions.
Let them go.
If I'm sad,
I'm unprofessional.
I'm not professional if I express my sadness.
Okay,
Let it go.
Let it go.
And another one,
Being too authentic is dangerous.
Being too authentic is dangerous.
You do need to understand these beliefs,
These sentences,
These statements.
Just let go what resonates inside of you.
Create space.
Let go for your truth,
Your sadness,
Your permission to feel,
To be,
To feel yourself.
If I allow my sadness,
If I express my sadness,
I would have to explain myself.
So do you find energies inside of you that believe that nobody would understand you understand you if you would express your feelings?
Okay,
Let it go.
Let it go.
Create freedom for yourself,
Your sadness.
Let it go.
It's a lie.
That fear is not of you.
Let it go.
If I allow my sadness,
I'm losing control.
Let go of any dark spots inside of you that resonate,
Any dark color.
Exhale out what doesn't resonate,
Any dark color.
Exhale out what doesn't serve you.
And inhale that color of sadness,
That pure and truthful sadness.
Exhale out that color,
That dark spot,
That physical tension,
That numb space inside of you where you can't actually have your sadness,
Your sacred sadness.
So breathe out.
Maybe you would like to give yourself some physical support,
Touching your skin,
Giving your body permission to feel,
To release.
So give yourself the permission on a cellular level to let go.
There's no need to hold on to anything.
And if you find any pressure inside of you,
Know that sadness doesn't have to lead to crying.
It can be an inner river,
An ocean,
Running through every cell of your body,
Through your bones,
Through every cell of your body,
Through your bones,
Your veins.
And maybe you find that picture inside of you that the sadness is actually found outside of you and that you would have to invite it to flow inside of your body.
Actually the sadness is inside of your body.
It's part of your sanctuary,
Your oceans.
It's actually in your cells,
Your emotional intelligence,
Your bones,
Your muscles,
Your skin.
Your body knows all about sadness.
And all these parts of your body are holding the energy.
If you still believe in concepts of not having permission to flow these waters that belong to you,
They are there stored inside of you.
So all you have to do is activating them inside of you by giving permission.
So what I'm inviting you to do now is to find yourself in nature,
At the shores of the ocean.
Find yourself just by the waters,
Lady ocean in front of you.
So where are you now?
Breathe the air,
Feel the sand or the stones and the needles.
Breathe your feet.
Breathe yourself in that environment of water,
Ocean,
Flowing connection.
Hear the ocean,
Listen.
These waters know all about connection.
They know all about emotions.
They know all about having permission to feel,
To connect through feelings.
And know the moment you will enter these waters,
The sadness will be activated in every cell of your body.
These waters are waters of permission to feel yourself,
To connect to yourself.
So breathe deeply.
Breathe your trust,
Your inner safety.
And in your own pace,
Go into these waters step by step.
These waters can't harm you.
Trust yourself.
They belong to you.
They are going to hold you.
They are going to carry you.
So step by step go into these waters of permission,
Of unconditional connection to yourself.
Find your feet in the water,
Your toes,
And feel every cell of your skin,
Every part of your bones being activated,
Receiving the permission to feel sadness,
To feel fear,
To flow sadness.
Step by step,
These waters can't harm you.
Your hips feel the waters flowing through you.
They carry you,
Flowing through your skin,
Your bones,
Your joints,
And go and go in the pace that feels safe for you.
No rush.
These waters are warm.
Maybe you can smell that calming scent of these waters.
Maybe you can hear that voice,
The ocean whispering to you,
You are safe,
You are loved,
You are carried.
See the water offers you the color you long for right now.
It gives you all the support you need,
Gives you comfort and trust,
Trust,
With gentleness,
Softness and compassion enter these waters and dive yourself,
Your body into these waters.
Float and feel the drops of your waters activating your body,
Flowing through your system.
Being activated in the permission to feel sadness,
To flow sadness,
And with giving yourself that permission,
You give the world the permission to feel.
Connect to yourself.
Notice how you become a light that makes connection possible from human to human,
Just by giving yourself connection to feel without any ego,
Without leaving any parts of you Feel that ocean that might be in your bones,
In your cells,
Your skin,
Your hips,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
Your heart space.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the condition that separates you from yourself,
From that sacred competence of feeling sad.
That sadness is softly pulled out of every pore of your skin,
Creating space for the cells to vibrate in the deep knowing of your sacred sadness.
That feeling that honors compassion,
That honors loss,
That honors fragility,
That knows all about healing through sadness,
You are connecting to your healing power.
So let go of all judgments.
Cleanse yourself from concepts that separate you from your own self.
From your sacred sadness.
Treat yourself.
Allow these calming waters to heal you,
To activate you,
To carry you.
And when you are ready,
Maybe you would like to lay down on the floor.
You would like to let your body sink into any comfortable position that allows you to really let go.
No need to hold on to anything.
That allows you to feel the activation,
Feel the inner oceans.
Flow them,
Have them.
And I'm inviting you to reconnect to that picture of you in that situation and with your spiritual hand to touch your body in that situation.
Activate the cells,
Give the permission,
To flow,
To watch the sadness flow.
Watch the ocean,
The inner oceans being activated,
The permission being activated and see,
Watch the effect on the situation as you start flowing and having your sadness.
Beautiful.
You are an offer for healing.
You are an offer for true connection.
Stay as long as you wish in the position you are,
The flow of your sadness.
And I invite you to be in that position.
Stay as long as you wish in the position you are,
The flows you are in.
Maybe you are still in the water,
So stay as long as you wish.
Breathing permission,
Breathing wholeness.
Or if you need to continue with your day,
Take one deep breath and thank yourself.
Thank yourself,
Give gratitude to your body.
Give gratitude to your heart,
Your inner oceans.
And slowly in your own time and pace come back from your trance.
Right.
I'm thanking you so much for joining me today in this beautiful releasing practice.
