Hello beautiful human and welcome to this quick and effective practice that's all about finding that reconnection with yourself and thus to the world.
Our days sometimes just pass and we find ourselves so much in a mode of keeping everything running that we tend to forget to take a moment,
Reconnect and give space to what wants to be seen,
Felt or healed in order to continue our life with new strength,
Clarity and authenticity.
So if you are ready to make yourself the gift of seeing yourself,
Take the most comfortable position you can find for you today and let's begin.
Okay,
I'm inviting you to start by breathing.
One deep exhale out.
Bring yourself to the present moment through that simple act of breathing.
Your breath is always in the now so as you inhale you gather all the energy that you have left in different spaces in tomorrow or last week or yesterday.
Spaces and people gather your energy.
And as you exhale,
Come closer and closer inside of this body and let go of anything that doesn't support you in this present moment you have gifted yourself with.
Gather your energy and let it be light,
Let it be soft.
There's nothing you need to push.
You're exactly where you need to be and connect your feet to the ground and open the soles of your feet so that you connect to that earth flow that is always connected to you,
Always connecting you to Mother Earth.
Opening the soles of your feet,
Flooding your legs,
Your knees,
Your pelvis and going back into the earth,
To the heart of the earth grounding you in every moment,
Offering you the quality of trust,
Unconditional love and safety.
You are safe.
So as you exhale,
Give into that loop,
Into that grounding flow,
Anything that doesn't support you,
Anything that's creating tension,
Pressure inside of your system,
Your body,
Let it go.
Okay.
And feel your body sinking more and more into the ground.
Feel your joints relaxing,
Your knees,
Hips,
Belly,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Throat,
Your jaws,
Your tongue,
Your eyes.
You don't need to hold onto anything.
If you like,
Give your body a physical touch,
That signal that you are here and your body is safe and you can let go.
Give your body that signal you are safe,
Let go.
There's no need to hold onto anything.
And as you breathe,
You are coming more and more into that vertical connection that is you in connection with the earth and the cosmos.
So welcome that cosmic flow that is flooding you,
Showering you from your head down the spine,
Meeting the grounding flow in your pelvis and going back up through your central channel up into the cosmos,
Diverting at your shoulders,
Refreshing your arms,
Flooding your hands.
And this is just a suggestion,
So follow your own perception.
How do you know that you are connected to the cosmos,
To the earth?
So let the earth,
Let the cosmos refresh yourself.
Remind yourself of that connection of unconditional freedom and unconditional love.
And you are part of the both,
Spirit,
Human.
Okay.
In our lives,
We tend to be so much in that horizontal connection that is one level of personality that sometimes we forget to connect to our vertical connections.
That makes it easier for us to feel ourselves and to let go of what is not of us.
So take another deep inhale and exhale out and let go anything that is not supporting you right now.
Okay.
And from here I'm inviting you to ask yourself,
Where have you been avoiding yourself the past days?
Where have you been avoiding yourself lately?
And just relax,
Trust and see what arises,
What feeling,
Thoughts,
Knowing,
Picture,
Situations,
Maybe your body is signaling you something.
Just relax.
Now maybe it has been a physical need,
Maybe your body was asking for some rest and you weren't able to give your body that rest.
Maybe you avoided having your creativity for yourself and your own projects and space and you gave away your creativity to other people's projects.
Maybe you've been longing for a calm place and you found yourself being outside all the time with friends,
Colleagues.
Maybe you avoided some alone time.
Or was it an emotion that you avoided?
That can be something like joy,
Excitement.
Maybe you have been proud of yourself,
Maybe there was a huge step you made or you had a good idea,
An inspiration and you couldn't have that joy,
That excitement.
Maybe you thought it was too much.
See yourself.
Right now it's not about judgment,
Not about correction,
Not about fixing anything.
Just breathe and perceive,
Okay,
That's what you have been doing,
You have been avoiding yourself.
That's human.
Maybe it has been an emotion like sadness,
Grief,
Frustration,
Maybe jealousy.
So your body will signal you where have you been avoiding your emotion.
Your body is so intelligent,
So unique that he or she stores all the energies of blocked emotions,
Those that can't flow freely.
So as you breathe,
Check in with your body,
Where have you been blocking your inner rivers,
Oceans?
So what is the need that is asking for space and you didn't listen to?
Maybe the need was to really be with people,
To be with somebody who hears you,
Who listens,
Who knows you,
Where you feel comfortable and safe and you didn't give yourself that gift of meeting such a person.
Maybe you find yourself being at home working all day.
Maybe you didn't give the body the movement or the nutrition that was needed.
Okay,
Hello.
Find compassion with whatever you find.
Where have you been avoiding yourself?
Avoiding yourself means avoiding feeling yourself,
Connecting to yourself and thus to others in an authentic way.
Because wherever you avoid yourself,
You also avoid connecting to the other.
There's nothing wrong with it.
It's just good to check in from time to time and see what are you doing there and what does this do with your life.
So I'm inviting you now to check in,
To ask yourself,
What is the reason that you are avoiding yourself?
What is the reason that you are avoiding yourself?

To express your truth?
Maybe you found yourself in constant performance,
Like always being kind of a little bit too much,
Exhausting for your system.
What's the effect?
Have you been playing it cool in order not to feel the emotions that you've been blocking?
Have you been quite vulnerable or quite hard in connection to others?
Do you find hardness,
Stiffness in your body,
In your system?
Maybe you've been tired,
Exhausted.
What's the effect of your avoidance?
There you are.
And I'm inviting you now to simply give space to that need that you have been avoiding.
Make space for it.
So where in your body do you feel the source of that need,
That spark?
And as you breathe,
Make it bigger.
The only thing that you need to do is see yourself.
There's nothing you need to fix or to heal right now in a way that you would have to do something to make it better.
The only thing I'm asking you for is see yourself,
Acknowledge yourself with that need.
So create space.
Gift yourself with that moment of allowing yourself to have it,
To have whatever you have been avoiding.
Make it big.
Flow it through your body.
Create space.
And whenever you find a judgment on yourself,
On that need,
Just breathe it out,
Let it go.
Find compassion with yourself and that need.
You are.
There's nothing wrong with that need.
There's nothing wrong with you avoiding,
Having been avoiding it.
Right now you can create space,
Focus.
Maybe there's something you would like to tell yourself.
So find that moment of gentleness with yourself.
You are and there's nothing you need to do.
Give yourself permission to be what you are.
Give yourself the compassion for what you are.
And let go of restrictive pictures if you meet them.
Any sticky energies,
Any restrictive energies that wants to block you from creating space for that need,
Just breathe them out,
Give them to the earth.
Let go.
You are light.
You are light.
Remember you are light.
And there's nothing you need to do in order to deserve that light,
That wholeness.
You are whole,
Beautiful.
And you acknowledge yourself.
Okay.
