This is a grounding movement meditation to inspire getting up and/or getting outside to invite wonder, awe, the wisdom of nature, and creative flow into your day. It can be a great tool for getting unstuck, creating more room in your thoughts and heart, and opening towards/moving with the breeze, trees, sky, and stream. There are several deep breathing invitations and a good dose of chatter from nearby geese at a public park.

Peace and greetings and welcome and presence wherever this meets you.

This is going to be a quick movement inspired creative flow inspired deep breathing inspired meditation invitation.

I'm recording this in a public park so you will hear sounds of children,

Airplanes,

Cars,

Birds,

The sound of gravel and leaves and I invite you to welcome the unique sounds of the public realm around you.

This meditation is inclusive to walking,

Unhurried movement,

Movement on a wheelchair powered stroller and so I invite you wherever you are in receiving this if you are not yet ready or comfortable to be upright and or seated and ready to be moving I invite you to pause and to bring yourself outside and when you're ready to resume continue so now that we are outside under a big sky our bodies more open more available I invite us to take a really deep breath all the way in if you are near a tree or plants or bushes I invite you to draw yourself closer maybe put a hand on the tree you might also put a hand on your heart or open your hands towards the sky so we breathe together deeply in and slowly out that we breathe in the wonder of movement all the way in we breathe out movement wonder possibility creativity breathe deeply in again the wisdom of the trees in the sky the natural elements deeply in slowly out we breathe out our own deep elements our truths our gifts our essence so from this place I invite you to slowly start moving when it feels comfortable and right if the deep breathing is especially grounding I invite you to pause and continue doing a handful of ongoing deep breaths so we move slowly humbly you're mindful of your feet rolling and kissing and tending to the earth if you are on a wheelchair you're mindful of your body's movement with the earth connection to the earth proximity to the earth I invite you to notice your breathing as you move to honor life itself that your very breath is beloved is belonging is worthiness is enough in this moment so we move we open we invite the wonders of nature into our bones and our vibrations that in our movement we also invite created creative wonder creativity that expands we welcome our neurons and our cells to widen to rush to reach into the edges of our skin and toes and fingers that we invite openness and space in our brains and in our hearts to be creative to be loving to be just to honor our own dignity and the dignity of others and so we move into what yet can't fully be seen but into what's possible into the spaces between that our very movement brings us out of stuckness limitation stories that are no longer helpful stories that have never been helpful so I invite you to continue moving embrace your movement in it of itself be unhurried when you need to pause return to a deep breath and honor all the gifts of movement honor all that nature wants to speak and teach honor all that's deep within that begins to rise and teach and speak so I leave you with your movement as I move on from here a collective deep breath honoring this time together all the way in into movement and wonder slowly out into movement and wonder peace you

Excellent little warmup for my longer walk! We are about halfway through a long stretch of polar vortex reps here in the upper Midwest. Sun is shining, wind is blowing. It’s about 1* air temp. But the deep sparkly snow reveals evidence of the deer and rabbits and squirrels who play when we aren’t around. The cardinals are sharing their cheer cheer cheer again. Thank you for sharing your practice with us! Blessed be! (Typing while I walk, weird error might be a thing)
