In this video, I introduce how we integrate Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to facilitate shifts, regulation and insight. Instead of resisting our experience, we bring mindful presence to whatever arises. Using IFS language, we learn to meet the "parts" of us carrying anxiety or self-criticism with curiosity rather than judgment. By tapping on specific meridian points, we send a calming signal to the nervous system, making it safe for these protective parts to soften. Learn more about this EFT approach in this video. It's most beneficial for those exploring trauma-informed paths to wellbeing. Please note that this practice is for educational purposes and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
