In this contemplative talk, we continue exploring water metaphors and invite a natural deepening of awareness. Simply by forming the intention to meditate—whether you close your eyes or not—you can access deeper states almost by default. We normally learn through thinking, reading, studying, and direct experience. But meditation opens a door to something much deeper that is rarely taught in the West: direct access to profound levels of heart and mind. This session gently asks the important question: Do you want to remain on the surface of thinking, or will you seize the opportunity to go deeper? Without rejecting everyday awareness, we explore how to move beyond illusion and delusion into richer, more beneficial states of presence and insight.
