In order to let go of anger we first need to understand what it is. We then have to accept that it is something we create within ourselves, and therefore it is totally within our power to remove it. Raja Yogi Yogesh Sharda empowers us to identify our unmet needs and, how when we address them, anger no longer has to be either felt or expressed.

I start by once again becoming aware of my own self and becoming aware of the original state of I the soul and realizing that the experience of peace is my true state,

My original state,

My natural state.

And the emotion of anger is something that exists when I lose my self-respect and my self-awareness.

The first thing to remember is I want to be free from the emotion of anger.

I want to let go.

I want to move on.

In fact,

It is considered an aspect of personal power to be able to let go of such negative emotions.

So I realize that to release any anger I may be carrying allows me to reclaim the power that is held within that anger and I am able to use that power in a powerful,

Constructive,

Positive way.

I realize that I wish to have within my own mind the experience of positive and constructive feelings,

Peace,

Love,

Kindness.

So I choose to let go of any anger towards any person.

I remember that the actions of each person are their own responsibility.

It is enough for me simply to let go and think well,

Even of those who may have hurt me in the past.

It is my choice.

I have the freedom to let go.

Each person learns their own lessons in time and the lesson for me to carry forward is the lesson neither should I take any sorrow from any person nor should I give sorrow.

And to learn this lesson as we move through life is to continue to mature and evolve.

As a student of life I choose not to hold anything against any person.

Even my own mistakes let me choose to forgive myself by learning and understanding the lessons that life has brought to me.

As I let go of anger,

My mind feels very light,

Free and in this state of freedom I am able to see the deeper meaning,

The deeper significance of the events of life around me.

When my intellect is light I am able to discern and learn lessons that life brings to me every day.

Like a house that is kept clean and orderly,

I choose to respect my mind and keep it free from negative emotions and as a result I am able to offer the best of myself to the world around me.
