The energy of conscious awareness reminding us connected to each other that we are this deep breath in and then sigh the breath out through the mouth.
Nice deep breath and as you sigh the breath out just feel your grounded rooted connection to the earth.
Deep breath in all your worries all the tension all the stale tired energy in your body goes you breathe out.
As you let your body breathe itself just let your awareness drift to the soles of your feet palms of your hands and the very top of your head and feel the tingling or sensation of circulation and then bring your awareness to your legs your legs thanking your legs for carrying you wherever it is you want to go and supporting you in this life.
Just noticing any sensations then bringing your awareness to your hips this connection to our ancestors noticing what feelings sensations may be alive in our hips today and thanking our hips for our ability to support ourself in this life your torso intestines the tension that might be there make yourself smaller noticing any judgments that might arise in our mind and smiling letting these go thanking our stomach our intestines for our ability to process that which we consume in this life is up into your chest and your shoulders feeling your lungs and your heart and just taking a moment to really listen to the heart what is alive in your heart today just taking a moment to recognize all the responsibilities that we shoulder and any tension that we might be holding in the breath with an inner smile we thank the being our emotional guidance system breathing out we release any heaviness or tension in the shoulders station flow down and fingers just notice and be grasping or holding on to and letting our awareness drift up to the very top of our head feeling our scalp feeling that wave of relaxation flowing face noticing the sensations in our forehead was cheeks feeling that glow of awareness of awareness shining out radiating from your whole face and smile as you remind yourself that need to be me i am the dreamer of as you breathe just feel your guts into synchronous rhythm as you breathe feet and just allow most important for you was up you choose to honor it perhaps perhaps someone you need to connect perhaps something you need for yourself today whatever it whatever it is may this be so
