Welcome to this mini mindful meditation moment created just for you.
Wherever you are in your day today,
I invite you to be fully present with me.
As we move into our brief and comforting meditation,
Gently begin to relax the auric field around your body.
This is the energy we have around us,
Which others can often feel and sometimes see.
This is our first layer of protection,
And so in this moment,
We invite our auric field otherwise known as our biofield to take a deep breath of air and a short pause of its usual job in creating a sense of safety for us,
Giving it some time to rest and recoup.
Begin to allow your body to slowly relax.
If your eyes are open and you feel comfortable closing them,
Please do so now.
Or if you'd rather choose a gaze spot on the wall or something that brings you joy when you observe it,
You can do that as well.
As you take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Allow the breath to travel to the top part of your head,
Where your upper crown chakra and the third eye chakra reside,
Giving permission for the breath to travel through these two spiritual centers,
Cleansing them,
Inhaling any tension stored in their wheels,
And allowing them to receive downloads from the universe above.
Be present with what it's like to feel these magical parts of your body inside and outside of you and send gratitude to them for bringing clarity,
Wisdom,
And understanding to your world.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and as you breathe out,
Send the breath to the throat chakra and heart.
Give permission for your breath to enter these energy centers,
Bringing you love,
Compassion,
The ability to speak,
To ask for what it is that you need,
And to nurture your mind,
Body,
And soul.
Maybe you even take a moment to feel the beauty of your ability to be so in touch with emotions,
Both positive and challenging.
You are human and alive,
Which means you feel a full spectrum of emotions.
And what a beautiful thing to be able to advocate for yourself and share thoughts with others when needed.
Grounding into your center,
Breathe in through your nose and as you breathe out,
Let your breath travel to your two middle centers,
The solar plexus chakra in your upper belly and the sacral chakra in your lower belly.
Allow your breath to radiate in all of these areas of energetic wheels on the mental,
Physical,
And emotional level of your spirit.
Here you feel appreciation for the ability to motivate yourself towards the things that you love in life,
To sense your creative side,
To have beautiful relationships with those that you love and cherish,
To connect with others both intimately and with affection.
And tuning into the incredible human you are,
Ground into these energetic spaces with curiosity for all the lessons they bring you and a sense of pleasure for the wonderful ways in which your body has the ability to feel.
Taking in one more deep inhale through the nose and this time exhaling through the mouth.
You allow the breath to travel to your sense of security,
Safety,
And stability,
Otherwise known as your root chakra.
And this is where the pelvic region lies.
Sensing into the idea of safety and connection to the earth below you for strength and support,
You feel anchored,
Ready to move through the world no matter what it might bring your way.
Here you begin to offer the idea of trust within yourself and the universe and expand that sense of trust in through the root chakra and gently up to all the other chakras one by one.
Your central chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Your heart,
Your throat,
Your third eye,
And your crown chakra.
Take a moment to feel your aura and chakras fully functioning at their optimal level both around you and within you as the energy spins and rotates with unconditional love and healing frequencies.
If you choose to activate your aura at this time so that it begins its job of keeping you safe,
You can ask that it protects you and shields you from any negativity around you or outside of you.
Today my friend is made of light and an infinite number of possibilities.
Take with you whatever positive feelings and trusting elements your body wishes to keep.
Breathing gently.
Coming back to the present moment,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Blinking your eyes slowly open and shut to arrive here now feeling grateful for the beautiful being that you are.
