In this meditation,
I will be going over some self-love affirmations that you can start to incorporate into your daily life.
I'm going to be repeating the affirmations three times each.
I recommend practicing these affirmations in the mirror directly towards yourself as a way to connect to yourself.
If you aren't comfortable with that just yet,
That's okay.
You can always return to this practice another time and for now,
You can just listen to the affirmations and let them resonate with you.
