I want you to find a comfortable position either seated or lying down with your eyes closed.
After you feel comfortable,
I want you to take three deep breaths.

We will be going over some affirmations to help you connect to your higher self.
Connecting to your higher self is an important part of the healing journey.
Not all affirmations will resonate with you,
But the ones you need will reach the deepest part of your soul and reach your higher self.
