The root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability, and if it isn't balanced this can cause polar opposite traits from security and stability in your life. Hello everyone,

I hope you are well.

Welcome to this chakra meditation.

Chakras are energy centers we have in our bodies.

There are seven major chakras each in a specific location along your body.

In this meditation we will be focusing on the root chakra to help you balance the energy within this part of your body.

The root chakra is located at the base of your spine.

It provides you with a base or foundation for life.

Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability.

It's good to focus on balancing our chakras because if they aren't balanced we can manifest the polar opposite of these energy center traits.

To name just a few,

If you have an unbalanced root chakra it can lead to insecurity or greed.

Therefore to help balance our chakras we are going to be using affirmations to provide focus and clarity for today's focused chakra.

Before we begin we are going to take a few deep breaths and set an intention for this meditation.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Our intention is going to be,

It is my intention to balance the energy within this root chakra.

I will now repeat the affirmations twice.

Feel free to repeat them out loud or to just listen.
