Welcome to your nightly meditation journey where you will find restful sleep and sweet dreams.

It is the end of the day and it is time to rest.

Rest your body and rest your mind.

Take a few moments to make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes,

Clear your mind and focus on your breathing.

Take in a deep breath,

Hold for three seconds and release and hold for three seconds.

And again,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Set your intention of letting the events of this day float away.

And again,

Breathe out.

Let the rhythm of your breathing relax your entire body.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

The events of the day are now over.

Give yourself permission to let it all go.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Focus now on one word,

Sleep.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Sleep.

Sleep.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Continue to let your body flow into this natural breathing rhythm.
