Welcome to a guided body scan meditation that will assist you with healing your body.

This introduction will take approximately 1 minute and 24 seconds.

Should you wish to bypass this intro,

You may fast forward now.

This meditation was designed for people dealing with various health issues.

It is not meant as a cure or alternative to traditional medical treatments,

But as a complement to.

It is best done while sitting or lying down in the most comfortable position for your body.

For issues that are pain related,

It is also recommended to use a heating pad or other device that can be placed on the area that is experiencing discomfort for even greater results.

If you are using a healing modality,

Place that in position now.

Let's begin.

Take a moment now to situate yourself in a comfortable position.

Ensure the room temperature is to your liking,

Not too hot and not too cold.

And now take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Deep breath in and breathe out.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine a brilliant white light above you.

This beautiful light is a healing source from our Creator.

It is loving and soothing,

And it is available to you right now to assist your magnificent body in healing itself.

Welcome this healing light by allowing it to flow down from the heavens and into the crown of your head.

Breathe in and breathe out.

With every breath,

Imagine this light is gently covering the top of your head.

Breathe in and breathe out.

As this healing energy source slowly moves down,

Covering your forehead and eyes and the back of your head.

Moving down past your nose and mouth,

Down your chin and throat.

Continuing to move around to the back of your neck.

Now allow this light to gently massage the back of your neck.

Easing away tension,

Soothing your troubles and worries.

Imagine this light continuing to move slowly over the tops of your shoulders,

Massaging gently as it goes.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Allow the light to move onto the curvature of your shoulders,

Slowly moving down the back of your arms,

Over your elbows,

And down past your forearms,

To the back of your hands and your fingers.

Moving over the tops of your fingers and moving down over the palms of your hands.

Slowly moving over the inside of your wrists,

The inside of your forearms and elbows.

Up over the biceps,

Covering the armpit area and moving over your chest.

Imagine the light covering the top of your back,

Moving slowly down to your middle back and torso,

Covering your abdomen and lower back.

Moving down past your hips,

Your buttocks area,

Covering your pelvis area and moving on down to your upper legs,

Past your knees to your lower legs,

Covering your ankles,

The tops of your feet,

Curving around your toes to the soles of your feet.

You are now covered completely with this incredible healing light.

Continue breathing and with every breath,

Allow this light to travel deeper.

Allow it to soak into every pore,

Traveling through every layer of skin and deeper into your muscles and tissues.

Allow it to soak into every bone.

Breathe in and breathe out as this light goes deeper into every organ.

Allow this light to flow into your blood and travel through permeating every cell,

Coating each cell with this healing energy.

As this healing light is floating throughout your entire body,

Take a moment now and ask your body,

Where is this healing energy most needed today?

In your senses,

Let your senses guide you.

Is there an area that feels heavy,

That feels dark?

Perhaps there is an area that is radiating heat,

Or maybe that area is reflecting a color that is not in harmony with the rest of your body.

Allow your senses to guide you.

If you find an area that needs attention today,

Focus on it.

Look upon this area without judgment,

Without any questions of why or how come.

Just be present with it.

Acknowledge it.

In your mind,

Say thank you to that area for revealing itself to you.

Say thank you for revealing what it needs to heal.

And now,

Let's give it a moment to respond.

Continue breathing in and breathe out.

Say thank you to this area for allowing this healing to take place here and now.

And say thank you to it and give it permission to leave.

And now,

Ask the healing light to cover that area.

Imagine the light becoming brighter and brighter as it surrounds that area.

Imagine the light infusing that area with so much love and compassion and healing energy.

As the light becomes brighter,

The darkness and heaviness recedes.

It becomes smaller and smaller,

Disappearing.

I will remain silent for a moment while this beautiful white light works diligently to provide extra healing to this area.

Just relax.

Trust the process.

Allow this healing to take place.

And now,

Let's give it a moment to respond.

Well done.

In your mind,

Say thank you to this healing light.

Thank it for healing your body.

Let your appreciation for this healing energy fill up your heart with joy.

And know this.

This healing light is with you always.

I'm embracing this light with love and feel the joy as it embraces you back.

Let it remain embedded into your body and into your soul.

Helping you whenever you need it and supporting you throughout this day.

Now bring your attention back to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and release.

And again,

Breathe in and breathe out.

And again,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Imagine gentle,

Tingling sensations on the soles of your feet.

Imagine it traveling upwards through your lower body,

Your upper body,

Your shoulders and neck,

Your face and the back of your head,

And the top of your head.

And now take another deep breath in and exhale with a sigh.

Congratulations.

You have just tapped into your own healing power with the assistance of the universe.

You may continue to relax,

Allowing your body to continue soaking in this healing energy while this soothing music continues.

When you are ready,

Slowly and gently rise up and carry this healing power with you always.

Loved this. I Generally shy away from body scans, because I live with chronic pain and I don't necessarily find it helpful. But this body's scan was so calming and healing. I will be using it often. Namaste πŸ™
