Good morning and welcome to a brand new day.

This meditation can be done while sitting up or lying in bed.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath and as you breathe in,
Imagine a beautiful soothing white light full of love and compassion flowing into your body from the top of your head and traveling through your body with every exhale.
Inhale and exhale as this light continues moving down past your face and the back of your head,
Down your neck and throat.
Inhale and exhale.
Follow this beautiful white light as it continues to travel down your arms and fingers.
Inhale and exhale.
This light is covering your upper body as you continue to breathe in and breathe out as it flows down to your lower body.
Inhale in and exhale as this light flows all the way down to your toes.
Now visualize this wonderful healing light flowing all the way through your body.
Allow this light to soak into every pore on your skin as it sinks down deeper into your tissues and deeper into your bones and organs and even deeper into every cell.
Give this healing light a moment now to travel throughout your body,
Allowing it to provide healing wherever your body may need it.
Allow it to fill your heart with love and gratitude so that you can share this light with everyone you come in contact with.
Allow this amazing light to fill your mind,
To give you clarity and positive thoughts.
Look up this light,
Let it soothe your soul,
Let it give you energy anytime you may need it and allow it to fill you with joy.
And most of all,
Know this,
This beautiful light is here with you always,
Continuously providing you with love and support to help you get through this day.
Feel confident that whatever this day brings,
You have all the resources within you to handle any obstacle,
To accomplish any goal and to make this day one of the best days of your life.
Now bring your attention back to your body,
Back to your breath.
Take a deep breath in and deep breath out.

Wiggle your fingers,
