Moving upwards,

The tips of your fingers and your hands,
Moving up towards your arms,
Covering your shoulders,
Your neck and throat,
Your face and the back of your head and the top of your head.
You are completely wrapped in this gentle healing light,
Which is full of love and positive energies,
Protecting you and comforting you and healing you.
