Focus your attention to the center and hot spot of that pain that you feel.

On a scale from 1 to 10,

10 being excruciating and 0,

No pain at all.

How bad is that pain right now?

At this point in time,

Pick a number on a scale from 1 to 10,

Okay,

Because in a moment you won't be able to feel that pain.

Take a deep breath and as you breathe out,

Allow your eyes to close only as quickly as you are ready to free yourself from this useless pain,

Every ounce of this unnecessary physical and emotional pain you are experiencing.

Close your eyes,

Focus on the muscles around your eyes,

Those tiny muscles around your eyes.

Get a sense of them relaxing completely,

Completely they just won't work.

Your eyes relax so completely they just won't work.

Imagine that happening as you listen to my voice and when you realize your eyes are so relaxed they just don't work,

There's nothing you can do about that.

You can test them to find them completely locked just for a while.

Now just relax even more.

Now imagine that you are drifting up out of your body,

Imagine getting a sense of yourself,

Leaving your body in that chair,

Get a sense of all that happening and you're drifting higher and higher.

Imagine that you're drifting so high that you can look down that you can see the planet earth below.

Look down at the earth below,

You can see the beautiful blue earth below you,

The whites of the clouds,

The tops of the mountaintops,

The green of the forest,

The blue of the ocean,

Get a sense of that incredible planet below you.

Now in your mind's eye set a target like an archery target,

A massive target.

You see the colored bands around the target,

Way down below you see the bullseye.

Now at the center of that target is every ounce of that useless,

Unnecessary,

Physical and emotional pain that you were experiencing.

In a moment I'll make this sound,

Swoosh,

And the moment I make this sound you'll be shot straight like an arrow to the center of that target.

Straight out the other side in a millisecond into a space of bliss.

But I want you to be brave because as you go through that target you may experience that useless,

Unnecessary pain even more intensely for a split second.

But be brave,

This is the last time that this useless pain is ever going to affect you.

Be brave,

Get ready,

Swoosh,

Now you are on the other side drifting in a state of bliss.

I would like you to see the faces of the people you love,

See all the smiles,

Feel that love.

Feel that love like a burning hot sun in the sky.

Shrink it into a white,

Hot,

Nuclear ball of light as big as a golf ball and put it in your heart center.

Feel it,

Feel that light,

Feel that love exploding through your body in every cell and fiber.

Get a sense of that feeling and notice as you feel your body flooding with light,

Love,

And joy how every ounce of pain is gone.

Now get a sense of yourself drifting across the other side of the room so you see yourself in the chair.

You hear my voice,

You see the clothes you are wearing.

Now notice as you watch yourself from the other side of the room,

Every ounce of that useless,

Unnecessary pain is gone from your body.

You cannot feel it,

You cannot experience it and I'd like your unconscious mind to make those changes now.

In a molecular,

Cellular,

And biological level to allow you that freedom forever,

Make those changes now only when the unconscious mind knows to make those changes and allow the conscious mind to accept those changes made.

And only then you can drift back into your body,

Dropping down into your body,

In your chair,

And only then your eyes will begin to open and with a smile on your face you will no longer experience any of that useless pain.

Go ahead,

Take your time,

Do it thoroughly while I wait quietly for your return.

And when you're ready,

Just open your eyes and try and feel,

Feel,

Feel that pain.

On a scale from 1 to 10,

Where is the pain gone now?

You will never experience it again.

You will never experience it again.
