See it or sense it with as many of your senses as you can.

Start by saying,

I choose having this.

Now bring to mind what your present reality is.

What is going on right now?

See it and sense it with as many of your senses as you can.

Now in front of you,

Bring up a movie screen.

On the right side,

Run the movie of what you want.

And on the left side,

Run the movie of your present reality.

Notice the difference,

The discrepancy between the two movies.

Notice the left screen blurring and sliding into the right side of the screen.

Feel the pull,

The urge to move to the right side.

And notice what you want getting bigger,

Brighter,

More alive.

Now relax your focus.

Once again,

Bring up the two movies.

Run what you want on the right screen and run your present reality on the left screen.

Notice the difference,

The discrepancy between the two movies.

Notice the left screen blurring and sliding into the right side of the screen.

Feel the pull,

The urge to move to the right side.

Notice what you want getting bigger,

Brighter,

More alive.

And relax your focus.

For a third time,

Run what you want on the right screen and your present reality on the left screen.
