In this meditation, we and acknowledge and honor all aspects of your life to be thankful for including the challenges that you have overcome or yet to conquer. A grateful heart is a happy heart. this will leave you with a termendous sense of abundance in your body and mind.

Welcome to this meditation.

In this meditation,

We're going to work with the frequency of gratitude.

Gratitude is a quality of an awakened heart.

So much in our lives pass without us taking the time to acknowledge,

To honor,

And be grateful for.

Not because we are not grateful,

But simply because we don't take the time.

So in this meditation,

We're going to consciously bring to mind different aspects of your life,

Of your being,

And extend gratitude for.

So to begin the practice,

Make yourself comfortable.

You can do this seated on the floor or on a chair or lying down if you wish.

Just be comfortable with the heart and the chest area open.

Close your eyes when you're ready and we begin.

Really notice the breath and start to relax your body into the posture you are seated in,

Whichever shape you have chosen to receive this in.

Start to let go of any tension around your shoulders,

Tension in the face,

In the jaw,

Around the eyes,

And the forehead.

Just feel all that release open and relax.

Feel your chest and allow your shoulders to drop down deeper away from the ears.

Feel your heart and your center of the chest rise with the inhale softly.

And as you exhale,

Just let things go.

Feel your belly go,

Your hips,

Your pelvis.

Let your thighs and knees relax.

One more breath like this,

Making the intention with the exhale to let go of all holding,

All gripping,

Relaxing your body into your meditation.

Once that feels complete for you,

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Just follow your breath as it is.

Feel the inhale and the exhale.

And with your awareness,

Follow the inhale right into your center of the heart,

Your mystic heart right in the center of you.

That point where the inhale turns into exhale,

Round by round,

Breath by breath.

Keep your attention right in the middle of the chest,

Right in the center of you,

Allowing your breath to flow freely,

Keeping your attention and your awareness on the inhales as they turn into exhales,

Turn into inhales right in the center of your heart.

And now think of what you are grateful for today.

There is always something to be grateful for.

If you are here able to sit for this meditation,

Able to hear my voice,

Follow the guidance,

That is something to be grateful for,

The time,

The ability to listen and hear,

And the time to take care of yourself in this way.

And in your life right now,

Ask yourself,

What in your life right now can you genuinely be grateful for?

Something worthy of celebration.

This could be a person,

An animal,

A possession,

A memory,

A situation,

Or even a challenge that you have overcome or still in the learning process.

As each challenge in our life is an opportunity for growth.

Once that you are grateful for today bubbles up,

Just form it into words that are true to you.

Once you are connected to that,

Start to feel the frequency of gratitude to this that you have connected to.

Fill your heart center.

Allow this frequency with every inhale like a small flame to be ignited,

Charged until it premiates your whole heart.

Feel it in your whole chest.

The potency of gratitude,

Nothing is sweeter.

Feel it into your arms,

All the way down into the palms,

The fingers to the fingertips,

Up to your collarbones,

Front,

Back,

And sides,

Back of the heart,

Back of the ribs.

Feel it permeate your throat,

The neck,

The jaw,

The whole face,

The whole head up to the crown.

Feel this frequency vibrate down through to the belly,

Down,

Down,

Down to the tip of the tail,

Filling the whole bowl of your pelvis,

The hips,

The sacrum,

Your back.

Feel this vibration down the legs,

All the way down to your feet,

To the toes,

And the tips of the toes.

Allow the frequency of gratitude to enliven,

Illuminate your whole body shape.

You're now going to explore different aspects of your being and in your life,

Starting with the people in your life,

Teachers,

Partners,

Family,

Strangers.

Just think of the people in your life that you are grateful for,

People that have offered you support,

Love,

Help,

People that have also offered you challenges and difficulties.

Be grateful to them,

For they're also teachers and messengers for you,

Offering a contrast,

A message,

A lesson that is necessary for your journey,

For your evolvement,

For your healing.

Allow the circle of the people you are grateful for to grow,

And then from your heart,

Blast out your gratitude like a beam to encompass the whole circle of these people that you are grateful for.

Feel that gratitude from your heart to theirs.

When that feels complete bow with gratitude,

Thank them,

Honor them,

And let them go.

Now we're going to think of situations in your life,

Opportunities,

Gifts,

Events that have brought joy,

Success,

Anything that you are grateful for,

Anything that is worth celebration.

This could be a relationship,

A job,

An adventure,

An experience.

One that has led you into a place of joy,

Of growth,

Of healing.

Bring that to mind,

And from that space in your heart,

Blast your gratitude like a beam,

Like a sphere of the most healing and potent frequency,

Surround it,

Wrap it with your gratitude.

Feel the gratitude from your heart into that,

And when that feels complete bow with love,

With gratitude,

Honor,

And let it go.

Take a nice deep inhale and exhale,

Let it go.

We now move into challenges.

Think of challenges in your life that you are yet to overcome or have overcome,

And you can now see the lessons and understand the purpose.

Challenges are the platform from where we grow,

Learn,

And evolve.

Think of these in your life that you are grateful for that have led you into an expansive state of being,

That have led you into a greater awareness of self,

Of others,

Of life,

And to that,

Send that gratitude from your heart and allow your gratitude to embrace,

Wrap,

And hug this challenge with such thankfulness,

Such appreciation,

Acknowledgement for all the teachings,

For all the growth,

For all the strength it has brought to your life.

And once that feels complete,

Bow with love,

Honor,

And let it go.

Take a nice deep inhale and as you exhale,

Allow your awareness to rest in your heart.

Standing in stillness,

Resting in gratitude,

Allowing that frequency to seep into every cell in your body until you feel every single cell in your body vibrate with the frequency of gratitude,

Nothing sweeter,

Nothing more empowering and joyous.

You can rest there for as long as you can.

If you are ready to come out,

Bring your hands left to cradle your heart center,

Your mystic heart right in the middle of you and the right over left.

Relax your shoulders and bow gently towards your heart.

Now we extend gratitude to you,

To your own heart,

For all that you give and all that you receive,

To your heart and all that it homes for you.

Bow with gratitude.
