This is a heart opening tapping practice.
All you need is a comfortable safe space to sit down somewhere you can be comfortable and be out of interruptions from the external environment.
Wherever that is for you,
I invite you now to take a seat.
Make sure your spine is straight and let's tune into our breath.
Just starting off here by centering our energy inwards into our body,
Into the present moment and into our heart.
Just take a few slow deep breaths in and out in and out.
Keep breathing and relax your shoulders,
Relax your jaw and soften your eyes.
Breathing in and out,
Allowing the thoughts to float away.
Focus inward present moment sensations.
Good and notice here if you haven't already what is alive within you at this moment.
How are you feeling right now?
And there's no need to judge it,
To push it away,
To think of a backstory or reason.
Just notice how you feel right here,
Right now.
Good and I invite you to stay with this deep slow breath as we're now beginning to tap on our heart.
I'm going to state out a few statements and after each statement I want you to repeat the words out either out loud to yourself if you are in a space where you feel comfortable to do so or you can also repeat it silently in your own mind.
Take a chosen hand regardless which one.
You can use the palm of your hand or your fingertips and place it on your heart.
Wherever you feel drawn to is exactly right and perfect.
Stay with the deep inhale,
Soft exhale,
Relaxing the body and begin to tap with your palm of your hand or your fingertips over your heart.
And you can repeat the statements after me.
I am grateful for the ability to heal the wounds from my past.
I am grateful that I can recognize what it is I really need.
I am grateful because I am learning to appreciate who I am.
I am grateful that I can begin to be my true self.
I am grateful that I am working on healing myself and loving myself unconditionally.
I am grateful that I am open to receiving and giving love.
I am grateful that I am working towards stepping into my power and letting it shine through.
Continue to tap on your heart.
Notice the sensations arising within.
Take a few slow deep breaths in and release.
We're going to repeat the same statements one more time.
So just continue to tap on your heart.
Continue to breathe.
Continue to soften,
Letting the words sink in deep into your subconscious,
Into your body,
Into your nervous system and into your heart.

Breathing the words and the vibration they create in your body,
Softening your body,

Checking in with how are you feeling right now.
