So welcome everybody,

Philip Wade here from North Yorkshire in England.

And tonight's stream is entitled What it really means to go within.

And for those of you,

Which was at the back end of 2021,

Not the first live stream ever,

I've done hundreds of live streams in many places,

But the first live stream I did on Inside Time was at the end of 2021,

And it had this same title.

And I'm going over that again,

But I'm also deepening it further for you,

Adding in some new dimensions.

And if any of you haven't seen any of the existing streams on Inside Time,

Not video,

And they're all available.

I think there's about 15 or 16 or 17 of those,

Out of a total of 33 live streams.

So those are the key ones.

So yeah,

Worth revisiting,

Because this one is really,

Truly,

Fundamentally important with the process of spiritual self-realisation,

Which is why I did it as the first one,

And why I'm revisiting it now,

Because if there's one thing that's key to self-realisation,

It's about repetition and deepening,

And as you open to that and explore things further and hear the same thing again each time you will hear more,

As many people have found by listening to the replays several times.

So anyway,

Let's get stuck into this.

So let's just get into the meat of the stream,

What it really means to go within,

Because it's a phrase that's used a lot,

But not perhaps well understood,

And it's really central to the self-realisation journey,

And the journey and the process that we go on.

And before I get to my now possibly infamous or famous fibre optic lamp metaphor,

I just want to say a few things,

Just a really few simple pointers,

Insights to meditation,

Self-realisation,

That are so obvious really,

But many really miss.

So listen carefully to these.

Meditation is awareness,

And awareness is meditation.

Let me just repeat that,

Meditation is awareness,

And awareness is meditation.

And interestingly it might be therefore a surprise for you to know if you haven't been on any of my streams before,

Or even if you have,

Awareness,

Unchanging awareness,

Untouched awareness,

Unblemished awareness,

Is what self-realisation is.

Now,

So we need to look at this issue of awareness,

And whether awareness is here or not.

And what I want to do before I introduce the fibre optic lamp metaphor is just ask you a few questions,

Those three.

This might come,

Although I'm not skilled in eastern traditions,

This might come from a Buddhist background,

But I'm adapting it to express it in the way that works or how I will share.

And you can answer these in the comments or just for yourself,

But just note the order of the questions.

There are going to be three questions.

So first question,

Do you feel you're aware all the time?

Do you recognise that awareness is here all the time?

That's the first question,

Do you feel or recognise that awareness is here all the time?

And just note your answer to that,

Is that yes,

Is it no?

Second question is,

Are you,

Do you feel that awareness actually isn't here now,

That awareness is not here?

Just pause and reflect upon that.

And then third question is,

Maybe you're not sure,

Is it here or isn't it here?

Awareness.

Are you nearer to three or one or two?

So let me just revisit those questions and just for your own benefit,

Whichever one felt okay for you.

If you said,

Yeah awareness is here all the time,

Then you're correct,

It is here all the time and you are aware.

It may not always feel like that,

But awareness is always here.

If you thought awareness wasn't really here for you,

Then actually the mere fact that you're aware of that means that awareness is also here for you,

So that's good news,

Awareness is here for you as well.

And if you thought,

Oh I'm not sure if awareness is here all the time,

Maybe it is,

Maybe it isn't,

You are also aware of that and that there also therefore also means awareness is here all the time for you as well.

So whichever of those was your answer,

Awareness is still here for you and that's great news because as I've already said,

Awareness is central to meditation,

Awareness is meditation,

And meditation is awareness and Self-realisation is all about the unchanging awareness.

So the question comes is,

Well why haven't more people realised the Self and that's because they get distracted,

We get distracted by our attention going to what's going on up here in our heads,

Into thoughts,

And we start believing in that,

Believing in what I call the case of mistaken identity,

And that belief is the central block to spiritual Self-realisation,

In fact it's the only block to spiritual Self-realisation,

That all I am is this body-mind of what's going on up here.

It's really that simple folks,

So we get distracted by that noise.

But having looked at those three questions and there's awareness of what in each of those circumstances I just described,

Then awareness never actually goes anywhere,

But it's relatively rare that we rest our surroundings because of this drag or pull of attention towards identity,

Thoughts,

Beliefs,

And thoughts and beliefs are interchangeable in this context.

But even when we kind of go off and get distracted,

Eventually that's recognised and we're aware that that happened,

So awareness must have seen that as well.

It's just that we've been buying into the process that's been going on,

That's all.

So sometimes people say to me,

You know,

I can't meditate,

And that's actually fundamentally not true,

Because you are awareness and it's always here.

It's just a belief that you have,

Well there are certain times when I can't meditate,

Or I can only meditate in groups,

Or I can only meditate when it's clear.

These statements are actually not true,

They're just beliefs that you have and that you buy into enough to create the experience than being your experience.

And belief is a great experience creator,

A great suffering creator.

So meditation is awareness and awareness is meditation and awareness is central,

The fundamental,

The recognition that you are infinite awareness is what spiritual self-realisation and the realisation of lasting peace is all about.

So the fact that it's always here is a great starting point.

We're not trying to achieve something that we don't already have,

We're simply actually opening to realising it.

That's why it's called self-realisation.

Oh my gosh,

I am that,

That being awareness.

That being awareness.

Making sense?

I trust.

So with that little exercise and now my famous little fibre optic lamp,

I want to just explore this again with you,

Having set some grounding insights,

Because this metaphor hopefully will now mean a little bit even more than even if you've seen me use it many times.

Thanks for mentioning that Lee,

I'll note that about the donation.

So let's just look at this metaphor,

Whether you've seen it before 20 times or whether it's the first time.

Let's assume that your body-mind experience is one of these points of light and all these other points of light represent,

You know,

All people.

And on the planet right now there's approaching 8 million of those,

And that's just the people that are the mind,

The planets and the angles and so forth.

And what basically when we're born into this body get conditioned into doing is not only believing that all we are is one of these points of light,

All I am is the body-mind,

But we spend our time looking outward into the world,

And for all the world it looks like all the other people and all the other things are separate from us,

Are separate from us.

And the world can look a pretty scary place when we look at it that way.

A world of separation.

It's a physical manifestation of an inner separation from that which we truly are.

That comes from the belief that all I am is the body-mind.

Now the meditative journey using the metaphor,

And did this phrase what it really means to go within,

At first it will look like a direction but it's not a direction,

This is just by virtue of the lamp.

The meditative journey is simply using the lamp as an example,

It's not about looking outward but about recognizing,

Or the equivalent of looking down the fibre optic filament,

And as you look down the fibre optic filament using the lamp as our metaphor,

You come to see that actually all of these points of light that you can see here,

Which are quite pretty,

All of the light has come from one source,

All of the light has come from one source.

That's fundamentally important.

All of the light has come from one source.

Now this light is the equivalent of what I refer to in meditations as spheres of light,

Or it can also be referred to in spiritual circles as the pure state I am.

I am pure beingness.

Pure beingness.

And this I am actually isn't a personal I am because there's nothing after the word am.

Am equals being.

It's actually an infinite I am.

An infinite I am.

I am not personal,

Universal.

In the Hindu tradition,

Not that I know a lot about the Hindu tradition,

They would call this Hiranyagarbha,

The golden egg of creation,

Or the golden womb of creation.

Now we can go further because this I amness can be sensed.

If you were to pause and close your eyes and not put anything after the word I am,

This I amness can be sensed or witnessed or seen or recognised.

It may be quite subtle at first because we're so used to listening to what's going on here,

But it can be recognised,

It can be noticed.

And the mere fact that that can be witnessed,

Recognised or seen,

That means that there has to be a higher awareness.

There's our awareness word again.

There has to be a higher awareness.

That can see that,

Recognise that,

Notice that.

In the meditation I refer to that firstly as the silent witness.

It's like a witnessing presence.

And then I say that it's also like a sliver of ice in an ocean of water that dissolves and it becomes the entire ocean.

And I refer to that ocean as infinite silence or infinite consciousness or infinite awareness.

There's our awareness word again.

And in the metaphor that's the battery at the bottom,

And here's a limitation of the metaphor,

Although physically that is located at the bottom,

Actually in truth in the universal sense it doesn't have a location.

It doesn't have a location.

It's everywhere.

It's everywhere.

So if this is to be more accurate there would have to be filaments coming out in every single direction,

360 degrees in every direction.

And awareness,

All of the appearances in awareness,

All of the points of light,

All of this I am-ness would appear within an infinite sphere if you will,

Would be appearances within an infinite sphere.

Just like in the movies where we have a green screen and we can project whatever we like onto the green screen,

Consciousness is like that.

Consciousness is like that.

Everything appears as if they're kind of like within a projection onto the green screen of consciousness.

And awareness,

Infinite awareness or infinite silence or infinite consciousness,

Sees it all,

Births it all,

And is the energy behind it all.

The suffering comes because we believe that all we are is one of these points when actually in truth.

We're all of it and we're not separate.

All of this is interconnected.

All of this is interconnected and it's all seen,

Witnessed,

Recognised from the space of awareness.

And this awareness we eventually come to recognise is not only always here,

As I was demonstrating in that little example where I was asking three questions before,

Not only is it always here,

It is actually untouched,

Unmoved,

Unblemished by the appearances within consciousness,

No matter what those appearances are.

The infinite silence,

The infinite awareness,

The infinite consciousness remains untouched and unmoved.

And Self-realisation is about recognising,

Realising that that's what you are,

That's what everyone is.

Not only that,

But that's what you've always been and always will be.

It's not something you're trying to achieve.

Self-realisation is not an achievement,

It's a realisation.

It's a realisation of that which is already here.

So the phrase,

What does it really mean to go within,

Is actually recognising that you're that unchanging awareness and it's not directional.

Everything appears,

Shall we say,

Within awareness.

Within awareness.

And that includes the experience of you in this body-mind.

And each of the body-mind experiences,

As I said,

Just on this planet alone there are nearly 8 billion of those alive at the moment,

All of those you could think of as like facets of a diamond.

The facet is connected to the diamond and you see the beauty of the diamond by the light glinting off the facets.

Well,

The power and the luminosity of the diamond comes from within.

And the universe,

If you like,

Chooses to express itself in infinite variety,

One of which is your form,

And thus it comes to know itself in its own experience.

The beauty of this expression in your form is that the universe,

The infinite silence,

The infinite awareness can come to know itself not only in its expression in you,

But in infinite variety.

That's how important your form and your expression is.

This choice,

If you like,

Is made at the universal level.

So whilst you might think and believe that all that you are is this point of light here,

This body-mind experience,

As beautiful as that is,

When it is beautiful,

There's a whole lot more,

There's a whole lot more.

So the whole self-realization journey,

The whole meditation journey are one and the same,

Recognizing that you are this unchanging awareness.

And even from our very simple little exercise earlier,

I trust you began to see that awareness actually noticed all of those scenarios.

Whether you thought you were constantly aware,

Whether you thought that you weren't aware,

Or whether you thought,

Well maybe I'm aware at times or maybe I'm not,

Awareness saw each of those in operation,

And therefore awareness is always here.

It's therefore only a matter of resting in and as awareness.

Incredibly simple,

But it appears to be difficult and can come across as challenging,

And there's no denying that,

Because of the belief systems we've built up.

And if there's one thing that our identity,

As the ego-mind identity,

Doesn't like,

It's the dissolution of that,

Because it equates that with physical death.

And so it fears the dissolution of the identity,

The dissolution of belief,

And indeed belief in belief.

And so it hangs on,

Shall we say,

For grim death onto the edge of the cliff,

Until one day you let go and it's realized that you've only been the infinite silence,

The infinite awareness of the infinite consciousness.

These are all different words for the same thing.

So it's about recognizing that everything is an appearance within awareness.

And whilst it appears we might take an inward journey,

Actually what we'll recognize eventually is that we've always been looking,

Always been looking,

From the inside.

It's just that we've projected attention outwards and got lost in that story.

We catch,

As I call it,

The train of thought,

And the train of thought takes us to many stations,

But none of them are our life truth.

None of them are our life truth.

So the whole process of meditation and self-realization becomes a whole lot easier if you can be open to the possibility that that which you are seeking,

Infinite awareness,

Infinite silence,

Is actually already that which you are.

And this awareness is already seeing all that is appearing.

Making sense.

Making sense.

So I think I can see a question from Steve there,

What's Steve saying?

How can we use this,

If at all,

To affect other people?

Everybody seems to walk around in personality,

Ego state.

How can I help them see the wholeness?

Is this a question?

Well it sounds like a question to me,

Steve.

The fundamental answer to that,

Steve,

Is that the most effective way to affect other people is for you to embrace this and realize this experientially for yourself.

When this becomes realized experientially in the form of Steve,

Not only that the emotional body,

Which is a function of the separation we experience from women,

Is also dissolved and the integration is realized,

The power of that is off any human scale,

It's infinitely powerful.

And people will see a change take place within you,

There will be experience of stillness,

Silence,

Peace from within,

And that can be detected.

But without actually doing anything from your perspective,

It can have a transformative effect.

Typically that might be people in your general sphere of influence,

But actually anywhere you go,

And in fact is always in communication with the whole universe,

Then this is not only the biggest gift that you can realize in life in your form as Steve,

But it's also the greatest gift that you can give to humanity,

Indeed the entire universe,

And it's actually the reason that you are here,

To realize this.

And one of the great things about Self-realization is you don't need to believe anything I say about it,

Don't you believe a single word I say,

And the reason for that is that truth is a realization not a belief.

Truth is a realization not a belief.

You could also say truth is an experience not a belief.

So a direct consequence of you opening up to deeper and deeper levels of awareness is not only benefiting you,

It is benefiting everyone around you,

And by extrapolation everybody else.

So the more people come to this realization,

The domino effect gets stronger and deeper.

And actually this has been studied to some degree by studies on meditation where the more people that meditate and open to awareness,

The impact of that can now be assessed,

And there are various organizations that have been looking at that.

One of those is the Institute of Heart Math,

But there's been other studies as well looking at that.

So the crucial thing is to go on your own journey within for a recognition that you are the infinite silence,

The infinite awareness.

Let that be integrated,

Let the emotion,

The body dissolve,

And that will,

Without any effort on your part,

Affect everybody else.

And it'll do that in a way that's right for them.

It's not a forcing thing,

You cannot thrust self-realization upon anybody.

People have to feel the goal from within.

So that was the first part of the question,

Let me just make sure that I've covered it.

Yeah,

So I think I've covered all aspects of that.

The key,

Really,

As I say,

Is to open to this realization,

The integrated realization,

The dissolution of the emotional body.

Not only will that bring you lasting peace,

It will have a consequential effect on those around you and in turn the whole of the planet and the whole of the universe.

That's why you're here,

That's why everybody's here.

How that then is expressed is unique in everybody's form and that can be in many and varied ways.

As I've said before on these streams,

If you'd have asked me 23 years ago,

When I began this journey,

And said you'd be doing this now in 23 years time and I've been doing that for the last eight,

Nine years,

I would have probably thought you were going mad or something,

Because I knew nothing about meditation then.

But here it is,

Here it is.

But that's not the only way it's expressed,

It can be in great pieces of writing,

It can be in the form of a book,

It can be in great pieces of writing,

In art,

In music,

In bringing up a family,

It can be anything.

As just as long as that consciousness,

Infinite consciousness,

Has been integrated,

Then the expressions of it are unlimited.

Ruth's got a question,

Just need to scroll up,

Say I was leaning towards number three because sometimes I go unconscious and react poorly when triggered and then become aware of what happened afterwards.

It doesn't feel very much like awareness in those moments,

And the reason that's the case,

Ruth,

Is because in those moments,

Almost all of the attention is going into,

And the energy is going into,

That trigger,

And so you're becoming the experience of that emotion,

That trauma,

That's locked in the emotional body.

But the point is,

Awareness was still able to observe all that happening,

It's just that a huge portion of energy was being pushed into buying into the story,

But that doesn't mean it wasn't seen by awareness.

Awareness was still there,

It's just that we were taking,

If you like,

Sometimes I refer to it this way,

It's like a bargain in the UK,

In the department stores in the UK,

We used to have what's called a bargain basement,

You know where the bargains were,

And the identity is always coming up with bargain basement offers,

You know,

20 thoughts for the price of a dozen,

It's a bit like that,

And so it appears as though awareness is not there,

But the mere fact that one can see that that happened and recognise that that's what happened,

It means awareness observed it throughout,

It's just that a lot of attention was being pushed into identity,

That's all it means.

That's all it means.

Christine is saying,

Is it possible,

Although maybe unexplainable,

That those who have passed on are still part of awareness?

Short answer,

Yes,

I'll explain more about that in a moment.

I just wonder because I still feel their presence sometimes,

Sometimes where is this just believable,

So no it's not belief.

So Christine,

Just to sort of explore that,

I need to just scroll back up there,

Just to make sure I don't lose your question.

So the physical form,

As I've said many times over many streams now,

Is like a car,

Let's say you may have a car,

You may have a house or whatever,

A house or a car is something that you have,

You may have a house or a car,

But it's not that which you are.

Now your body is like that,

The body mind is something that you have,

But it's not that which you are.

So although we may be sad,

Understandably,

When friends or relatives and so forth pass over,

What's actually dying of course is the physical body,

But that expression within awareness is still present within the infinite field of awareness,

And that's why you can still feel their presence.

They are not lost to awareness.

Basically,

If you listen to my live stream A Letter From God,

I don't use the word very often and that's explained in the stream why I don't,

But if you listen to that stream you'll hear me talk about everything is energy and energy can neither be created nor destroyed.

Essentially what's happened is that the energy has just been transformed,

The physical body has died,

But the awareness from which that physical body arose and its unique expression in them is still embodied within the field of the universe,

And it may be,

And this is the whole of the subject,

That they will come into another incarnation depending upon where they are in their spiritual journey of realization and dissolution of belief and desire.

So it's not a belief,

And again you don't need to believe,

Christine,

What I've said there.

As the realization becomes integrated and flowers,

It becomes self-evident that this is in fact the case.

So that's one of the great beauties again of self-realization.

So that isn't a belief you're talking about there.

The fact that you can sense that means that you're noticing the presence in awareness.

Blossom is confirming her own experience of that.

What's Rachel saying?

I had some study of these concepts at practice and experiencing the death of my child has exploded me into a million pieces I can quite imagine that Rachel,

And sends you deep compassion and love for that experience.

As I reassemble in healing,

These concepts have never been more meaningful.

Indeed,

Rachel,

I can quite imagine,

In fact I've seen that kind of experience,

Excuse me,

A number of times that people have been to my events over the years.

And as tragic as that event is,

We experience in the human form of losing a child,

And as challenging as that be,

The experience that you're describing of opening up to newer and bigger dimensions as to what life is,

Is actually more common than you might think.

I've seen,

I know,

Several cases of that,

Where that has happened.

And the experience of the people opening up to that has been profound beyond words,

Healing.

And you use the word concepts there,

And what I would offer to you,

They are more than concepts.

It's not about believing what I'm sharing with you,

The insights I'm pointing at here,

You will see that they're not in fact concepts,

They're actually pointings to the realisation of the ultimate truth that is here for us all.

So as sad in the human experience as yours has been,

And other cases I'm aware of,

Within that,

If you can be open to this,

There is a higher purpose within every experience.

And one dimension of that,

As you're starting to see,

Is the profound depth and the profound meaning that will come from recognising,

Realising,

That life is not limited to this physical body,

And that you are in fact life eternal.

You are in fact life eternal,

As infinite awareness or infinite silence or infinite consciousness.

And so the seeing that you're opening to here is profoundly important for you,

And indeed everybody.

So I hope that that is helpful to you Rachel.

There's various support for Rachel which is great to see.

Ruth is saying in response to what the insight gave her,

Yes it's frustrating when that happens but I guess awareness sees that too,

It does.

So the key question I ask at that point Ruth is,

If there's frustration here,

Who,

Just ask yourself this question,

If there's frustration here,

It might not be here at this moment,

But if there's frustration there,

Who is the one that sees the frustration?

If frustration's here and one's feeling frustrated,

Who is the one that witnesses or sees the frustration?

You can all answer that for yourself folks.

So frustration has appeared,

It wasn't here five months ago say,

Frustration's here,

You can see and feel the experience of frustration,

But who is the one that's witnessing that,

Can report that?

That's awareness.

So are you the frustration or are you the awareness?

Answer these questions for yourself folks now.

Are you the frustration,

The appearance,

Or are you the awareness?

You will come to see that you are the awareness.

And then the next question is,

Is that awareness affected by the appearance of frustration?

Is that awareness affected in any way by the appearance of frustration?

And you will come to see that the answer to that is no,

As Lee and Blossom have just said.

And the reason they're able to say that is because they've had that experience.

It is illuminating Ruth,

Exactly,

I have been doing that,

So illuminating.

And what I've just described to you there in that simple exercise I've just walked you through and hopefully others were joining in with that,

I've been demonstrating once again that the awareness didn't go anywhere,

And that you can all recognise that it didn't go anywhere.

And that you can all recognise that it didn't go anywhere.

And that the awareness was untouched and removed by whatever appeared.

And this folks is the game changer,

The game changer in as far as meditation,

Self-realisation,

Lasting peace is concerned.

If you can embrace the truth that you are that untouched awareness,

Untouched silence,

If you can be open to embracing that,

That will transform your meditative practice,

Open up you more deeply to the journey of that becoming the experiential reality.

It's as simple ultimately as that.

It really is.

I'm just scrolling back.

Okay,

Steve.

That's the interesting part,

Question mark,

Exclamation mark,

What is it that buys into that story?

If it's not there and not real,

It has nothing to do with that awareness.

What's happening there Steve is there's some energy going into buying that story.

So if you think of it this way,

There's an I thought,

A personal,

Not an infinite I now,

There's a personal I thought,

An individual I,

A Steve.

And the story of Steve is just simply a subset of that.

The energy that goes into that I thought becomes self-obsessed,

Small s self-obsessed.

So energy goes into the I thought and within that energy it becomes self-obsessed and it's tiny in relation to the entirety of the universe and that's why when you're in this contracted emotional state it feels contracted,

Dense,

Heavy.

Because it is,

Physically,

That.

So that energy is becoming self-obsessed with itself.

Well as I've just pointed out in that exercise with Ruth,

Awareness still sees that.

So it's a bit of energy has become self-obsessed,

That's what's happened.

Where is Christine?

I'm just scrolling down the questions.

Yeah,

So Lynn's saying Dr Gary Schwartz,

A hard-marketer,

Has scientific proof of life after death.

And actually we will all come to that living reality.

Sometimes people are looking for proof externally,

But the proof of this,

What I'm pointing at here,

My friends,

Is your life.

All the evidence that you see,

All the evidence that you see,

Is within your life.

And that's why we can look at the journey within from this space of awareness and we'll see what happens.

So I'm going to go through the questions and then I'm going to go through the questions and then I'm going to go through the answers.

Ruth's saying thank you for your answers to all the questions and comments.

We will see that life is eternal and that we are life itself.

And we won't need external proof,

Our own life will be the proof.

Ruth's saying thank you for your answers to all the questions.

I always learn so much.

That's good,

Ruth.

And the thing is that I know lots of people say that they learn a lot from these dreams and that's certainly the experience that you have in the human form.

But if this is resonating with you at some level,

The reason it's resonating and making sense to you is because within,

And by that within,

I mean that space of awareness.

It's already known.

Since you are already this,

It is already known.

And so when you have a light bulb moment or a seeing,

Let's have a meditation rather than just talking about that.

I was just saying just before that,

What I'd like to do,

I'll guide you firstly on what I'd like to do is just try you all on the simplest version of the Spheres of Light or the Spheres meditation.

It's a meditation that I have available on my timeline or my profile on my timeline.

And also the Infinite Silence meditation.

Now the simplest versions of them are so simple that it might not necessarily sound like a normal guided meditation,

But actually the way that they came manifest and became aware of them,

I was invited in that process to share it with people this way.

It is a very simple piece of guidance that essentially will invite you to be open from your heart to connect firstly with the energy that I'll just call the Spheres.

And for the Spheres you can read Spheres of Light or Infinite Silence.

There's nothing for you to do or visualise when I do this.

Are you open to trying this very simple version?

With absolutely minimal guidance.

We'll do it for a few minutes.

So I'll do it in two parts.

I'll do the Spheres or Spheres of Light part,

There really is going to be just an introduction and then we'll go silent for a couple minutes,

And then I'll say something else and then we'll have another couple of minutes Silence.

And then after that I might provide a bit of insight type guidance which will continue into the meditation.

So I can see one or two yeses coming through.

So don't try and do anything in this meditation folks,

Just simply be open to this heart based connection that I invite you to.

And there'll be two invitations and I'll space them out with Silence between them.

Don't attempt to do anything,

Don't attempt to visualise anything,

Just simply be open.

Just simply be open.

And once I've done the two invitations and say a couple of minutes Silence or so,

I'll then provide some further guidance.

OK,

So just close your eyes now.

And just firstly and simply be open.

And then I'll do it again and again.

There are seven versions numbered from one of seven to seven of seven Self Realisation Infinite Silence meditations on my profile they start at fifteen minutes and go through to an hour and a half they all contain exactly the same amount of words of guidance,

The first one is fully guided and the hour and a half one obviously has big gaps of silence in between and the idea is that you get used to the process and the guidance to deepen you into the meditation and then you become more and more comfortable with longer and longer silent pauses so look out for those,

That's Self Realisation Infinite Silence meditation one of seven to seven of seven from quarter of an hour to an hour and a half in steps there's also probably sixteen or seventeen live stream replays along with a host of other tracks that are all about Self Realisation on my profile and all of those are covered in the groups and as I say thanks to the admin members I've just mentioned they're now hosting those various tracks at various points and at various times throughout the group so do look out for those thanks for that,

Oh thanks for that reminder Blossom about your question I haven't doubted it so I'll address that now,

I can't remember the precise detail of the question and I was trying to find it earlier I couldn't find it for some reason but anyway you were asking a question about the subconscious and essentially the subconscious might have a number of functions some of which were allowing things to get on with the running of our bodies and so forth but also in the subconscious energetically,

Spiritually speaking,

The emotional trauma and places that are embedded within our memory in terms of identity are also connected into the subconscious and we only tend to become aware of those when we're triggered so awareness,

Subconscious is only an appearance within awareness it's not awareness itself,

The subconscious is just a facet of awareness and it carries out certain functions but awareness is primary if I've not answered your question because I can't remember the precise wording of the question then put it down and I will answer in more detail that's what comes to me for now,

I thought there was another question there well Nicole I'm just saying I felt like air was moving through my body during this meditation,

Yeah there can be many physical sensations Nicole as you deepen through awareness and a lot of them had to do with the body adjusting to deeper states of awareness but even that sensation of air moving through your body was seen by awareness so you're not the sensation,

You're the untouched awareness Steve is saying the emotions get so hard especially,

Oops that's jumped around a bit so I won't go back up to Steve get so hard especially when they're mixed with fear and stuff,

Well actually all the emotions are mixed with fear Steve and yes it can feel very challenging of this there is no doubt for sure,

I don't know if you've had a chance to listen Steve but really for you there are several live stream replays that are relevant to that experience that guide you through that process,

All of them do,

All of the streams do the principle ones are Transmuting Fear Into Love,

There's a live stream replay,

Forget which number it is now,

It's called Transmuting Fear Into Love I recommend you listen to that one and there's another one called From Triggers to Treasures,

From Triggers to Treasures look out for those,

Listen to those,

I would invite you to listen several times because you will hear more each time and in particular there are guided experiences of recognising awareness and how to move through that process with the emotions and to step away from becoming the emotion and simply allowing them to be here and to be the witness to them that is explained in depth with experiential exercises in both of those streams and in many ways it's covered in all of the streams so if you really want to move through that have a listen to those Steve if I haven't answered your question about subconscious blossom please explain it a bit further because I can't remember the detail of it so I'm hoping we've covered it Tara saying I've felt a deep connection to expanding love,

Oh there was in fact Maria's question which I didn't pick up on last time either was about sticking with it when the fear and the emotions rise and obviously those two replays are the key ones as I've mentioned the key thing Steve,

Maria,

Anybody struggling with these emotions,

Let me just give you a quick summary now in the same way that when I was explaining earlier to Ruth one moment frustration was not there and then something happens and then frustration is here that frustration is like a wave,

It wasn't here and then it arose,

It reaches a peak of intensity now the mistake that people make is then to become the frustration,

Identify with the frustration but the mere fact as I've explained earlier when I was answering that that frustration or heavy emotion or whatever wasn't here and then appeared and it was observed,

The question is are you the appearance or the one that is the witness to it?

And if you can recognise that you're the witness to it and it's simply an appearance however intense it is in the body and it can be very intense then you're onto a game changer because the next question is is that awareness that sees the appearance of the frustration or the emotion affected by that appearance?

And you will eventually see the answer to that is no and when you trust in that and that awareness alone and simply allow the emotion or the frustration to be here full on,

Without fighting it,

Without questioning it,

Without trying to wish it was gone or whatever just watching,

It will naturally and effortlessly fall away and dissolve of its own accord and what's actually happening there is awareness is transforming it for a full explanation of that go to the live stream replays I've just mentioned let me just give you a quick example now currently there's no sound from these tingshot bells you can all agree with that that was deliberately loud and what's happening here is that the tingshot bells are fading to silence let me just do that again,

It's going to be loud and again now your awareness is aware of that sound and that sound of its own accord is fading to silence now emotions appearing are just like that one minute they're not there,

Next minute they're there for a trigger in the emotional body awareness sees them arising,

Their vibrations,

Sound is also a vibration and just by watching,

Witnessing and feeling the power of awareness alone will transform them and will return them to silence the infinite silence of awareness that is the process of transmuting fear into love is also the process of self realisation,

Is also the process of meditation they are all one from sound to silence,

From sound to awareness,

Silence and awareness are one that is the process,

It's that simple,

That simple the full details go to those livestream replays,
