Welcome to the Infinite Silence Meditation.

Infinite Silence is a term for Infinite Awareness or Infinite Consciousness,

The essence that we truly are,

And it is this that is realised as the true nature of that which we are emerges in you.

In this meditation I'll guide you through some simple steps to open up to this presence that's ever here now.

So simply close your eyes and firstly just become aware of your body.

All the sensations,

Feelings,

Any emotions,

The breath,

And just simply,

Silently,

Open your eyes.

Notice they are here and simply,

Silently accept that fact without any judgement.

Just like you're watching a movie from the inside.
