Are You Looking For Love?

In this meditation, we explore why and how the conditioned mind is always looking externally and suffering yet the realisation and experience of eternal love, peace, and joy is in the inner infinite dimension and is ever-present.

Are you looking for love?

Seeking peace or perhaps more joy in your life?

Maybe you believe the conditioning that's gone on with your mind from years of messages from society,

That love is to be found in another,

Or that peace may be some place that you're in,

Or joy is based on some happy turn of events.

But perhaps you've also noticed that all of these things are forever changing,

Constantly moving,

Shifting in the sands of time,

And they change your experience,

And life fluctuates between moments of grace and moments of sadness or suffering,

Struggle and strife.

Is there a deeper answer to this?

Is there a love,

A peace,

A joy that is unchanging,

Permanent,

Whole and complete?

I have news my friends,

There is,

And it's here,

Now.

Yes,

Here,

Now.

You see,

This permanent love,

Peace and joy,

Is really only to be found in one simple essence,

And it is that which is always unchanging,

Untouched,

Unblemished by life.

Do you know what that is?

It's silence.

Actually,

More accurately,

It's infinite silence,

Also known as awareness.

You see,

Silence,

It never changes,

It's always unmoving,

Untouched and unblemished by whatever phenomena appear in life.

No matter what those are,

No matter what the circumstances,

Silence remains untouched and unblemished,

Unmoved,

Perfect,

Whole and complete.

Did you know that silence is an energy that's aware of itself,

And that this silence I'm speaking of is to be found inside,

In the silence of your heart,

Here,

Now?

Are you looking for love?

Seeking peace,

Hoping for joy?

Call off the search,

Be open,

Be ready for a new approach.

To listen,

To really stop,

To look and listen inside,

For it is here,

Now,

Within the inner infinite dimension that all of these and more are to be realized,

Not found,

Realized.

Because actually,

It's like this,

Oh my gosh,

I am already this,

The very source of love,

Peace,

Joy,

Grace,

Gratitude is here,

Now,

Inside.

Time to stop,

To look and to listen to the silence inside.
