So let's start just by focusing on the breathing.
Breathing a bit deeper than normal.

So we breathe a bit normal than usual.
Recognizing that the breath comes above our body,
Enters physically through the nose or the mouth,
Energetically from the crown.
And we're directing the breath all the way to the lower abdomen.
And when we exhale,
We're directing it back out through the center,
Through the crown,
Back to spread like the sun to infinity.
Again,
Let's breathe deep.
And visualize the center channel that you're drawing the air from infinity through the center,
Golden,
Beautiful light,
All the way to the pelvic floor.
And then from there,
Again through the center channel,
Golden light,
Up from the crown,
Like a fountain,
Like Shiva,
Moving out from the crown and spreading in the whole creation,
Beautiful golden light.
Again,
Taking very deep breath,
Strong than normal.
A bit physically pushing the breathing spaces,
Filling up the breathing spaces,
Chest,
Middle,
Lower abdomen,
Pelvic floor.
And then from there,
Again,
From the center channel,
Golden light,
Chest,
Middle,
Lower abdomen,
Pelvic floor.
Feel that your ribcage extends outwards,
That your aura opens,
And then exhaling and pushing like a fountain,
All this beauty of golden light from your crown to share it with the whole creation.
Again,
Let's do it one more time,
Inhaling,
Breathing deeper,
Stronger than normal,
And visualize that your body doesn't end in its physical form,
It has an energy form,
The aura,
And when you're inhaling,
You want to expand into the physical form and into the aura form.
So your skin expands and your aura expands,
Like external skin.
And then when we exhale,
Again,
We're directing the breath through the center channel,
Up through the crown,
And like a beautiful fountain,
Like Shiva,
Sitting in the center of the creation with golden light shooting out from the crown,
And feeling like Christmas sparkles the whole creation with beautiful light.
Okay,
And now let us pay attention,
And remember that who you are is who you think or visualize yourself to be.
So by default,
We're always shrinking into this little me,
Little person.
But this is just a choice to be.
So now we're working with an infinite being,
Why not?
So allow your mind to widen and widen into infinity,
Acknowledge your infinite being,
Understanding that it's all a choice.
Nobody tells us who to be,
How to be,
What to be.
So let's go for the max.
Let's expand to the size of infinity.
And then let's see what happens.
Okay,
So acknowledge,
Let your mind expand and expand,
Understand that it's your choice.
And from there we're breathing.
From there we're engaging with the body.
From there we're engaging with the emotion.
From there we're engaging with the mind.
So with the awareness of infinity,
Pay attention into your human being,
Into your physicality,
Into your emotion,
Into your mind.
Just ask yourself,
How can I help myself right now to feel amazing,
Amazing?
What type of blockages do I feel within me?
And it's nothing to judge,
Just observe.
Pay attention.
You might feel that your breath is not really free.
That's cool,
No problem.
You might feel that your emotions are a bit heavy.
Again,
No problem,
You just pay attention.
You might feel that your mind is all over the place.
Again,
No problem.
We just pay attention.
And then,
Let's go for example to the physical body.
And just pay attention to what physically might be not so comfortable right now.
Maybe tension in the body,
Maybe tension in the breathing.
And just focus your awareness on that.
But don't let go of infinity.
Because this is the source.
And we are the source while being in a human form.
So just invite the source and the tension in your body to harmonize.
Just invite,
To synchronize.
Nothing to do.
Just to invite,
To observe and to enjoy when it's diluting,
Transforming,
Relaxing.
It's normal that if your mind is busy,
It's more difficult to keep infinity.
So don't worry about it.
When you feel that you are back in thinking,
Just again acknowledge,
I am connecting to the infinite being which I am.
And then,
Let's go for the physical body.
And just pay attention to what physically might be not so comfortable right now.
And again acknowledge,
I am connecting to the infinite being which I am.
And from there we are touching our physicality.
Infinity touching finity.
And awareness is the link.
Awareness is the bridge.
Awareness is pure consciousness inside our mind,
In a mind form you can say.
So when we are observing a part in us that doesn't feel right,
Actually we are guiding,
We are projecting the light of infinity onto that part of us.
And it cannot do anything but dissolve.
So your mind is the reflection of the whole creation.
And it is such a powerful thing.
Okay,
Now let's move to the emotional system.
And again,
Let's use the power of reflection through the mind to pay attention to emotion.
And if you feel some heaviness in your chest,
Some sadness,
Maybe anxiety,
Maybe fear,
Maybe sadness,
Maybe anger,
Maybe loneliness,
Whatever you feel,
It doesn't matter.
But what's important is to see exactly where it is.
Because it might be in the chest,
It might be in the throat,
It might be more in the solar plexus.
As clear,
As precise you are in seeing where the tension is,
The emotional tension,
The effect will be faster and profound.
So even if you don't feel really,
Really emotional,
But you might not feel completely joyful,
It means that there is still tension.
So just focus on the sensation that prevents you from feeling amazing.
Just projecting awareness onto that part of your being.
And relax and enjoy.
Remember all the time to keep awareness of infinity.
This is the power.
This is the magic.
All the time synchronizing.
All the time acknowledging your infinite being because that's who you are.
We have to teach the mind,
To train the mind not to fall all the time into the little person.
Teach the mind our infinite existence.
It's just training,
That's all.
Like you train anything,
When you tell him again and again,
Know your infinite,
Know your infinite,
It will learn.
Okay,
Now let's pay attention to energy.
And again,
Energy is,
You can say,
The physicality of the body in an energy form.
So just pay attention.
Maybe you don't feel any pain or physical discomfort,
But maybe you feel that your aura is too close to your body and not vibrating in harmony.
How would you know that?
Because you still feel more physical than nothing,
Than infinite.
You still feel some kind of separation between your nothing and something,
Between a person and infinity.
Now this is not ideas,
This is not philosophy.
It's a sensation,
It's an experience.
When you feel infinite,
The physical vibration adjusts completely with infinity.
Then you don't feel your body so much.
If that's not the case,
It means there's still vibration that hasn't been synchronized with infinity.
So look for that.
Shine light of pure consciousness,
And it will happen for sure.
Let's take a minute for that.

Let's bring gratitude,
Let's bring love.
So just when you breathe in,
Breathe out,
With no force,
We're just reciting thank you.
Love is the vibration of creation.
When we say thank you,
It's another form of synchronization.
It's all technical,
But it feels amazing.

Exhale.
And also when you breathe,
Saying thank you,
Always with the awareness of infinity.
Infinity is already in thank you vibration.
So when we say thank you,
Our mind synchronizes,
Relaxes,
Loses tension.
Keep the infinite attitude.
If your mind goes to something that shrinks your existence,
Come back.
Next one is unity.
Again,
Unity.
Unity is the vibration of the mind.
Again,
Unity is the essence of creation.
Everything is one.
So obviously,
When we acknowledge unity,
Again,
It moves us faster into that sense of unity,
That sense of pure vibration.
So let's acknowledge the unity between us,
Those who are practicing right now together.
I'm uniting to my brothers and sisters on the spiritual path,
In which we share this space right now between us.
We're uniting through our heart,
We're uniting through the image of a circle.
We're uniting through the commitment to realize the true self which we are.
So just visualize that circle and feel the unity between us.
And feel that each breath our heart fills up with love.
And each exhalation we give it back to the community to support each other.
The reason people worship Buddha,
Christ,
Shiva,
Is because that's exactly what they transform to.
Just pure light,
Infinite light.
And that's our essence,
Everybody's essence.
So now we're all Shivas,
Sharing light with each other,
Radiating love to the whole creation.
That's a beautiful time to invite loved ones,
Friends,
Family,
Or anyone that you feel,
Into this circle,
So they as well can join and enjoy this amazing,
Powerful,
Radiant light which we all are.
And they as well,
But maybe they've forgotten,
Maybe the suffering is blinding their connection with infinity.
So invite them to join.
And let's invite people who make decisions and have a lot of power on this planet.
Politicians,
Economical power,
Social power,
Medical power.
Just invite them as well into the light which they are,
Which we all are.
So they as well can synchronize with the light.
So the decision they're making will come from the heart and not so much from the mind.
And let's invite all humanity to form a matrix of light all around planet Earth,
Sharing the love,
The light between all of us.
With the prayer that each human,
Each being,
Even not the human being,
All of us,
Will connect to the higher being which we are,
Pure light,
Pure consciousness.
And as we breathe we are one mind,
One heart.
So much love to everybody.
