
The Infinite Breath Of Being

In this meditation, we begin by gently connecting with our breath, anchoring ourselves in the present moment. As we deepen our breath awareness, we gradually expand this awareness beyond our bodies, reaching out to the surrounding space and, eventually, into the infinite. Once connected to this vastness, we release our focus on the breath and settle into pure awareness. Here, we simply are—allowing a natural synchronization to occur between our human essence and the entirety of creation. This meditation invites you to experience the profound unity between yourself and the infinite.
Transcript
Let's start by focusing inward,
Observing the breath as it moves in and out,
And let's start to deepen the breath,
Directing it down to the whole body,
Being aware of the whole body,
Having like a mental image of the whole body,
And when we inhale,
We're directing the breath to the whole body,
Feeling as if it's enlarging,
As if it's ballooning out when we inhale,
And then contracting when we exhale.
And as we're paying attention to the breath,
Let's ask ourselves if we have a space within us,
Meaning,
Does the breath naturally occupy a big space,
Or it feels like it is narrow,
Like there is no space for the breath to occupy?
Let's just check the relationship between the breathing process and space.
And space could be in the chest,
Could be also in the solar plexus,
Could be also in the lower abdomen,
And actually in the whole body.
So when the breath is fully expressed,
It feels like it's interacting with the whole body,
But sometimes we feel there is no space for the breath to move in.
So that's what we are checking right now.
Do I have space for the breath?
And obviously if we press in and we force it,
We create the space,
But let's not do that,
Let's just ask,
Do I have space,
Or do I feel that the body in a way is resisting the natural breath,
As if there are different forces that are pushing against the natural breath to expand.
And let's start and recognize those forces that may be inhibiting the breath from being expressed fully in the body.
Maybe we feel pressure on the chest,
Maybe we feel pressure on the solar plexus,
How the breath is moving,
And what are the forces that allow it to move and inhibiting it from expressing.
Let's try to be as clear as possible about those forces that may be pushing against the natural breathing.
So we breathe very gently,
And we try to recognize what is the relationship between the natural flow of the breath inwards,
And maybe some forces that are pushing against it.
And let's focus exactly in that point of interaction between these two forces,
The in-breath and the forces against it.
And just be there,
Be there as you're in-breathing and out-breathing,
Knowing that your awareness will start to soften and create more space.
Just by keeping our awareness on that edge,
Exactly there we're focusing,
And slowly,
With the power of our awareness,
With the light of the awareness,
Those areas that resist the natural flow of the breath starting to melt,
And naturally we feel that we have more space in which the breath can naturally,
And with a lot of ease,
Can manifest.
And as we continue to observe the breathing process,
Let's widen our awareness a bit outside from the body,
Let's say to the aura,
Not far from the body,
And let's invite the breath to express also to that space.
So we're visualizing a wider space around the body so the breath has more space to express.
And let's expand even further out,
So we're visualizing a much wider space around our body and we're guiding the breath and the awareness into that space.
So when we inhale,
The breath occupies also the aura space,
Not only the physical space.
So inhaling into a very,
Very,
Very wide balloon that actually gets wider with the in-breath.
And then let's go even wider and let's visualize that our body is actually the whole creation,
And when we're inhaling,
The whole creation expands,
And when we're exhaling,
It gently contracts.
And as we're breathing in this way,
We're keeping that awareness that our body is the whole creation,
But still we might recognize that inside the physical body there's still some discomfort,
Heaviness,
Tension.
So when we exhale,
Let's visualize that that tension further dissipates to unite with the whole creation.
So we're inhaling to the whole creation,
Huge,
Then we're exhaling and we're dissipating tension in the body outwards.
So both in the in-breath and in the out-breath,
There is expansion.
In-breath to the whole creation,
Out-breath,
Tension in the body,
Exhaled to the whole creation,
From the face,
From the jaw,
From your torso,
From your legs,
The whole body is exhaled tension to soften.
In this process,
Slowly,
Slowly,
We can feel that the infinite space which we're inhaling to,
And let's say the body space which we're exhaling from,
They start to unite,
Meaning we start to feel that it's more difficult to distinguish where is the body and where is space.
So let's continue breathing in this way.
And now let's move from breath awareness just to presence.
So we stop acknowledging our existence through the breathing process,
And we're shifting awareness just to being.
So we're acknowledging the infinity,
And we're acknowledging the body,
And with awareness we're just holding awareness on both,
Infinity and the body in the same time,
And we're inviting them to continue and synchronize in a natural way.
Our job is only to keep awareness on both.
Because awareness is unity,
We're inviting the body to unite with infinity.
And then we can be even more specific and effective by choosing specific parts of our body,
Let's say I'm inviting my head and my brain to synchronize with infinity.
Again,
The awareness is held on the whole creation and on the head in the same time,
And through that unity,
Which is expressed through awareness,
There is synchronization of the physicality into the infinite being.
Your job is just to be clear with your awareness,
What are you doing,
Nothing else.
So we study awareness holding infinity and the head,
The brain,
Then let's shift and invite synchronization between infinity and the chest,
The heart chakra.
Always remember that awareness is boundless.
Awareness is boundless.
There is no reason to shrink awareness into anything less than infinity.
When we're keeping awareness boundless,
Infinite,
Any object that we invite into that awareness immediately will start to shift into boundless being.
So that's what we do with the heart chakra.
Let's shift into the solar plexus.
And again,
Awareness holds the whole creation and the solar plexus,
Inviting synchronization.
Let's shift into the lower abdomen,
The second and base chakras,
Inviting synchronization with the whole creation.
Remember that the key is infinite awareness.
Resisting the addicted need to pull always to the little person,
To that separate existence.
That's not our nature.
Our nature is boundless,
Infinite being,
That's who you are.
So we have to move out of this habit and just acknowledge the truth of who you are,
Which is beyond any thought,
Any religion,
Anything.
It's before everything,
It is everything.
And this is your awareness.
So once your awareness is boundless and you're inviting,
In this case,
The lower abdomen,
The second chakra,
Base chakra,
It will synchronize with the truth.
And you know it's the truth because that's a clear experience.
It's not coming through thoughts,
It's just direct experience.
And now when our body is so expanded and in such a unity with all creation,
Let's make sure that our emotions as well are synchronized.
So just take a minute without losing that infinite,
Infinite,
Expanded being.
Just check for yourself and ask yourself,
Is there any emotion that feels a bit heavy in my system?
And don't forget that your system is not you.
You are everything,
All there is,
Including that system that wrongly is called you.
You are everything,
First of all,
And then as well you are that thing called you.
And now you're inviting that thing called you that feels a certain emotion to synchronize with the infinite you,
Which is your essence.
So we're looking to see if there's any emotion and we're inviting that emotion to synchronize with infinity,
Infinite being,
Boundless consciousness,
Boundless mind.
And then like we started,
Let's pay attention to the breath,
With that expansion we're acknowledging that we are.
But now the breath is not a personal breath,
It's the breath of infinity,
It's the breath of the whole creation,
Because awareness is that.
So when I inhale,
The whole creation expands,
Balloons out.
When I exhale,
The whole creation expands as well,
Because I'm radiating so much light,
Obviously,
You as well,
As infinite as you're acknowledging,
As fast,
Powerful,
And enjoyable your experience,
Beautiful.
And just to support our circle of like-minded sisters and brothers,
Because not always we are in the same place,
And many times life are very powerful,
Very challenging,
It's not so easy to move from the ego being into the infinite being.
So let's make sure that we're supporting each other to the best of our ability,
So everybody can shine.
So let's visualize that we're creating a circle,
So we're visualizing a circle that all of us who are sharing this space right now,
Are uniting in this circle,
Through love from our heart,
Through image from our mind,
And we're breathing together.
We're still with the awareness of infinity,
But we're acknowledging our human being-ness as well,
And when we inhale,
We're receiving so much love from the whole creation and from each other,
And when we exhale,
We're sharing that love with each other and with the whole creation.
Each one of us that radiates in a higher vibration is like pulling and supporting our brother and sister to do the same,
And like this we raise vibration,
And like this we support the whole humanity,
All life,
To raise vibration.
So let's visualize this beautiful circle that we are sharing,
We're inviting those we know that life is challenging at this moment,
And we're inviting them to share this beautiful space that we are sharing,
So they can feel better,
So they can relax.
And as well,
Let's invite to this beautiful space we are sharing,
Areas that are in deep conflict and so many people are suffering there,
Invite them to be part of this beautiful circle of light and love,
So even without knowing,
They feel better.
Okay,
So obviously this beautiful space we're sharing is possible to hold when we are all relaxed and focusing and supporting each other in a beautiful,
Comfortable environment,
But what happens when we leave this space and we start to move and do our things during the day?
So here are a few points that I want to acknowledge to support us all to maintain this space.
One is gratitude.
When we feel gratitude,
When we express gratitude,
We synchronize mind and heart.
Two is humbleness.
When we feel that we are part of something that is impossible to express,
And it has its infinite,
Unexpressed wisdom,
So there is a humbleness in front of that immensity.
Three is awareness to everything we are doing,
Trying to do things not on automatic mode,
But to really pay attention to everything we do,
And if it means doing a little bit opposite,
Meaning instead of with the right hand,
With the left hand,
Do it in this way.
It will help you to maintain awareness,
To hold awareness to what you're doing,
And especially the way your mind operates.
And four is connecting to the infinite being which you are as often as possible,
To acknowledge the truth of who you are.
