Let's connect inwards.
And let's first of all pay attention to our posture.
How is sitting.
The alignment of the spine.
Or if we are lying down.
It doesn't matter.
Awareness of the body touching the bed or the surface.
And let's pay attention to the most little details.
Pay attention to your fingers.
Pay attention to the tip of your fingers.
What are they touching?
The sensation of the fingers as they contact each other.
Touching each other.
And dive into that sensation.
Bring your whole awareness into that sensation.
Contact between the fingers.
Pay attention to the vibration emanates from that contact.
Just such a simple thing.
Contact between two fingers.
And let your awareness completely be absorbed inside this contact.
Temperature.
Movement.
Meaning energy vibration.
Emotion.
How that contact affecting your heart center.
How it's affecting your mind.
See if you can move awareness from the contact between two fingers to a contact between another two fingers.
And try to compare what is the difference.
And then shift to,
If you feel,
Another two fingers.
What's the difference?
The contact is between the fingers,
But actually it is felt with your mind,
With your brain.
The ability of your brain to distinguish minute details help the brain be vital,
Alive.
Help the brain recognize your body.
Now just to contrast,
Because our fingers are so wired with the brain.
Because we use it a lot.
But now let's shift awareness to our toes.
Which the brain is not so accustomed to feel in such minute details.
Let's try to recognize the same,
The contact between two toes.
And you see that it's not as clear as two fingers.
Not because the contact is different.
It's because your mind is not wired in the same way.
Try to be there and teach your mind to become completely 100% aware of the contact between two toes.
And then gently move from,
Let's say,
The lateral two toes towards the media.
Slowly moving to another contact between two toes.
And see if you can differentiate.
See if you can feel the whole length of those toes as they're touching the media.
Touching each other.
What makes the feeling of the toes touching is really not the touch,
It's again the mind.
So let's do something more challenging for the mind.
Let's try to feel the little toe and the big toe in the same time on both feet.
And let's be even more challenged as you're feeling the four toes together.
Try to see if you can recognize which part of your brain is being activated.
Which part of the brain is actually activated to be able to perceive the four toes in the same time.
As you know,
Each area of your brain can perceive different parts of your body.
See if you can feel it.
And now,
Keep the same connection brain-toes,
But acknowledge that also the field between the toes and the brain is as alive as just the toes.
Okay,
So feel that the whole field between the brain and the toes is vibrating.
If you see colors,
It is colorful.
Just because we emphasize the toes,
It's emphasized that in our brain.
But in fact,
The whole field is alive,
Is vibrating exactly the same.
And now let's include our whole body to become aware of the whole body in the same time.
How it's alive,
How it's vibrating so strong,
So vital.
And make sure that you're including the whole body.
Okay,
So as your body starts to vibrate,
Check and make sure and invite each and every part so there are no islands of different vibration.
Slowly it's become a one unit vibrating ocean of energy.
Make sure that the front vibrates completely.
Unite it all with your awareness.
Make sure that the back of the body vibrates completely.
Now connect the front and the back to one field.
Connect the sides of the body into one field.
And again be very,
Very vigilant to see that all parts of the body are gradually integrating into one vibrating field.
Okay,
Now let's acknowledge the aura,
The energy space around the body.
And if you understand the mechanism,
You see very clearly that everything is already alive,
Completely alive.
It's just that we are not aware of it,
We're not bringing awareness to the life that is everywhere.
So it's just the acknowledgement of a space that shows us,
Oh,
It's also vibrating.
And because the unity of vibration is actually life itself,
We start to feel better and better and better.
As all the bits and pieces of our human existence synchronizing with the infinite ocean of vibration,
We feel better.
So now let's expand to infinity.
It's not expand to infinity,
We are all the time infinite.
But as we've been aware of the toes,
Let's become aware of the whole creation,
It's exactly the same awareness.
It's just that the mind,
Like it could not distinguish very well between the toes,
Because it's not familiar with that.
It's not familiar normally to be infinite,
But it's the same action.
It's acknowledgement of a space,
Of an object.
So now the acknowledgement is infinite.
So you're feeling that the whole creation is vibrating,
Exactly like your toes,
Exactly like your body.
It's one field,
You are that.
As clear as your awareness with the object,
It can be toes,
It can be the whole creation,
The experience is more clear.
Infinity is not outside your body,
It is your body.
There's no inner vibration,
Outer vibration,
It's just the acknowledgement of whatever you want to perceive and that's become the reality.
And because the whole creation is one vibration,
Once your awareness is in the whole creation,
Then you feel the best,
Because you are again at home.
Now the fact that your awareness acknowledging the whole creation,
It doesn't mean that emotionally you feel amazing,
You might feel still sadness or fear.
It could be that it's kind of lodged in your system.
You might still feel tension in different parts of your body.
But don't connect one to the other.
Understand that you have a human existence within the infinite existence.
And you are infinity itself,
Including the human form,
Not separated.
So as we are keeping this infinite awareness of being,
Let's say in the same time pay attention and see if there is still any leftover islands of tension within our human part,
Human existence.
And just call those parts to synchronize,
That's all.
So if I feel there is still some tension in my solar plexus,
I'm calling my solar plexus to synchronize with the whole creation.
And you do the same with whatever part within you that is still tight.
And just be quiet,
Keep your awareness as infinity and in the same time on the area you are asking to synchronize and then it will do it.
No rush,
No pushing or visualizing,
Nothing.
Just hold your awareness like this and it will respond.
Now to harmonize,
We just need to stay present.
If the mind goes somewhere,
Just call it back.
In fact,
Being infinite allows you to see that actually you are not your mind,
Very clear.
Allows you to see that the mind moves within the infinite being which you are.
So let's just acknowledge that we are here together.
Let's visualize we are forming a circle without losing our infinite awareness.
And in that circle we allow our heart to connect in love.
We allow our mind to connect in acknowledgement of each other.
We allow our energy to unite with each other into one being.
And like this we are synchronizing as one being with the whole creation,
That group.
And let's invite to this circle anyone that we know is having a hard time,
That can use this healing space.
