I Am Love

By bringing our awareness to our hearts, we tap into the innate wisdom and communication that exists between our hearts and creation. Our hearts naturally beat to the rhythm of universal energy and, as we become aware of this beautiful connection, our capacity to love and be loved intensifies.

Okay, So today I'm in Italy and I was very lucky to participate in the Be Your Dancer Forum for this weekend. And the meditation I'm Love is inspired by this. So let's start and see where it goes. We never know. Okay, We start. So let's connect to the breath first of all. Pay attention how the breath moves in and how it goes out. And let's visualize that the breath comes from infinity and enters like a beam of light through the crown, Through the whole center of the body, Crossing to the pelvic floor as we inhale. And as we exhale, It travels back up to infinity. And as we're breathing like this, Let's feel that it's effortless. We don't need to really make an effort to allow the breath to come in. We more have to allow it and invite it, And then it just comes all the way down. And let's change the image as we inhale. Let's bring the energy into the body from heaven, Into the whole body. And when we exhale, Let's visualize that we start to radiate like a beautiful sun. And as we do it, When we inhale, Let's visualize that the breath brings so much wellness so much power, So much light, So much love into our body. And all these qualities are vibrating and shared with all our cells, Our electrons, Our tissues, Our organs. And when we exhale, We radiate this light like a beaming sun to the whole creation. And as we're breathing like this, Let's acknowledge if we have any tension, Physical or emotional. Maybe our mind is busy. Maybe our mind is busy. Maybe physically we're okay, But the energy is a bit dense or tense. So let's try to soften whatever tension we're recognizing as we inhale, And then liberate it to the whole creation as we exhale. If as we do it, You feel a little bit of saliva that manifests in your mouth, That's considered in Chinese medicine very, Very healthy, With a lot of energy. So just visualize that you're swallowing it all the way to your lower abdomen, The Dan Tian, The second chakra. This will strengthen it. And now we're adding to the same image light, A lot of light. Inhaling light into the body, And exhaling light to the whole creation. And now let's move from an active breath or breathing, And now let's move from an active breath or breathing into just awareness, Because all this process actually happens naturally, And when we pay attention to it, It intensifies. But for that we have to consciously bring awareness to our heart. Because as the heart physically beats, Energetically it communicates with creation. It's just like this, It cannot be different. So let's just bring our awareness to our heart chakra, To the center of the chest, And just invite it first of all to communicate, To interact with creation. No effort is needed, Just permission and enjoy. And the heart loves to love and loves to be loved. And creation loves to love and loves to be loved. So allow your heart to enjoy being loved. Allow yourself to enjoy being loved. Again, For that, Nothing to do. Nothing to do. Only to surrender to so much love that is everywhere, And allow it to overwhelm you, To touch each and every cell in your whole being. To touch maybe places that are a little bit difficult, Tight, Blocked, And to illuminate it, To cleanse it. To love it. It's not something that you need to do, You, The ego person, Nothing. Actually as much as you are out, The ego you, It's happening naturally. As much as we surrender, More power is available. But it's a choice to love. It's not something that happens just like this. It's a choice to be aware of that quality. Like to direct our awareness to that quality, And then it's so magical. Like to refine, Like we're tuning a radio to that vibrational quality, And suddenly when we're tuning exactly to that, It can blow you away. It should blow you away. It should blow your mind away, And just leave you love. Because that's who we are, And all is love. If you find it difficult to connect to this quality, You can think about somebody that you love. It can be a person, Or it can be a dog, Or a cat. Just to reconnect with that quality that is so beautiful, So basic, And completely needed. Then once your mind, Your heart remembers that feeling, Allow yourself to feel that that's the language of creation. And then to strengthen the effect of what we're doing, We can take advantage from the fact that we are here, A group of people, Sharing the now space. It doesn't matter that we are in different countries, Different places on this planet. The now is now. It's beyond time, Beyond space, Beyond time. The now is now. It's beyond time, Beyond space, Beyond everything. It's now. And in the now, There's infinite possibility of creation. And because we are here, Chosen to be here, In this creation, Or created space, We call the space of meditation, We're creating reality for ourselves from the now. Or in the now. So let's acknowledge that we're creating a circle of light being, Uniting hearts, Uniting minds, Uniting awareness and energy. So when we inhale, We're receiving from each other so much power, So much love, So much light. And when we exhale, We're sharing and supporting each other, Because as much as each one of us is beaming more and more, We all benefit. And love is unlimited, Is infinite. Light is infinite. As much as you're connecting more, It's more overwhelming. Let the love that you feel, The light that you feel, That comes from you and from others, And from the whole creation, Melt any trace of tension on any aspect. Let go. Let go. Enough of these mind games that pull us into separation from creation. There's no need to continue even one more second. Drop it now. And be happy. It's simple, Actually, Very simple. It's very simple. As you're melting more and more and more in that ocean of love and light, Naturally you're going to feel that your body dissolves. Slowly, You don't feel so much, Where you end, And you become love itself. You become light itself. And if there's still any leftover tension within you, Just offer it to the ocean of love. It'll be taken care of. Don't hold it so tight into your being. It's okay to let go of any pain, Any tension. Any guilt or negative memories. Love will heal. It will kiss. It will caress. It will soften any tension there is. It's a field. When you tune into the field of love, It overwhelms. And it will dissolve any tension within you. But for that, The mind must let go. And as we're meditating like this, And hopefully you can feel it also, We get a lot of support from other beings that are not in a physical form. From angels, From loved ones who passed away, From the earth, From the trees, From the sky, From the stars and galaxies. Everybody talks love. We just have to allow ourselves to be in that space. When we're in love, Which is the real meaning of being in love, Meaning I am connected to the matrix of love, To the vibration of love, Which is infinite. When we are in that space, Everything we hear will be through the ears of love. Everything we see will be from the eyes of love. Everything we touch, Everything we smell, Everything we touch, Everything we touch, Everything we smell, Everything is love. So I am love, It's a choice. It's a choice to unite with this vibration and to make sure that as much as possible, Constantly we are aiming to tune into this vibration and nothing else. Then life takes beautiful, Beautiful change. It's so shiny. Even if we go through rough times, We can always stay in love. Let's visualize now that we're creating a matrix of light and love around planet Earth. Connecting all humanity, Connecting all life forms, All forms of existence together, To one breath. A matrix of light and love that connects all life forms together. And when we inhale, We receive so much power and light and love from all this matrix. When we exhale, We share. It's a breath of life. It is so powerful that even those who don't know what we're doing, They're affected by it because we're including them in our being. Because we're including them in our being. I am that. I am love. Therefore, Everything I connect is infected by love directly. Now if you know people or animals or anyone that you feel, You would like to invite to this powerful circle, Just invite them so they as well can enjoy all this beautiful energy we're sharing. And just make sure that this energy that you're experiencing is shared with them like rays of sun and love. And as I mentioned, In order to keep this or reconnect, Because it's normal that we lose connection with that quality, It's a choice. If we feel we are not in the right vibration, We can always stop and remember that we are bombarded with this energy that we are bombarded with love all around us all the time. We just have to tune and it's ours. And it's us and it's you and me. For that, As I always say, It's very important to develop awareness to everything we do. Otherwise, The mind just moves into automatic mode and again we are out of the right vibration. So it takes a lot of awareness and clear decision that that's what we want in our life.
