Good morning to everybody.
Thank you for joining.
So what I'd like to to focus in the beginning is what I call a meridian flow.
Normally we're connecting to the flow from heaven to earth and today I want to introduce also the flow from earth to our heart center,
To our chest.
Okay,
Like we are nourished by food,
By water.
We're also nourished by many other things like sunlight,
Like love,
Like touch and we're also nourished by energy because we cannot see it so we don't teach ourselves to work with it and to acknowledge it but it's probably the most fundamental type of nourishment we must be aware of.
The flow from heaven to earth normally gets blocked because we're thinking.
The flow from earth to the chest gets blocked also because we are thinking,
Meaning that there's so much tension in the head,
On the upper body and the energy of the earth that's supposed to anchor that heavenly flow,
It gets exhausted and it gets out of circuit.
To connect to the earth energy we need to visualize the same as we're connecting to the heaven energy and here the image is that the energy or force is coming upwards from the earth.
It's coming upwards through the sole of the feet then it continues its way upwards through the inner legs,
This is very important,
The inner legs up all the way at our legs,
Our pelvis and going up through our torso to the chest.
If you want to complete that movement from the chest it spreads out from the inner arm,
Here the outer arm we can say is the hairy part of the arm and then the inner arm is the the most soft part of the arms.
So it comes up the leg to the chest and then it continues out from the inner arm and out.
Okay,
So what we're going to do,
We're going to inhale and visualize this movement.
Okay,
So let's start and visualize that we're pulling the energy from the earth through the inner legs into the chest and then out from the inner arms and then exhale and relax.
Continue,
Inhale from the earth through your inner legs,
Chest,
Inner arms.
Exhale and relax.
Okay,
Now let's add the heavenly flow.
So when we exhale we want to visualize that in the exhalation there's a shower of light that's moving down from heaven and cleansing and nourishing our whole body front sides and back all the way down deep into the earth.
Okay,
So like this we're completing heaven and earth and yin and yang.
Okay,
So let's continue,
Inhale from the earth up and exhale from the heaven down.
Inhale from the earth up,
Exhale from the heaven down.
Now let's let go of this controlled breathing and let's become aware of that flow.
Let's see it instead of breathing it and try to feel the qualities in your body as you're observing that flow.
Remember that the energy flows with images or let's say it is enhanced with images because it flows anyway but if we want to shift or to heal or to move then we apply images.
So when you're clear about the image the energy always will move,
It has no choice.
Okay,
Now let's say add another image.
So let's combine inhaling from earth and from heaven but this time let's visualize that we're inhaling into the center of the body and then when we exhale let's visualize that we come super radiant like a sun radiating so much power,
Light to the whole creation.
Okay,
So let's inhale from heaven and earth and then exhale and visualize that immense power radiating and illuminating the whole creation.
Wonderful.
So this is a harmonization in a quite a physical aspect of the energy.
Now let's lift to higher vibration.
When we're lifting to or switching to higher vibration and we're moving into the awareness part.
So now the shift or the harmonization is changing from breathing and working with the energy in the body to observing,
To paying attention to the awareness.
So here what's important is to start to pay attention to space between the part that is aware and the objects it is aware of.
So let's start by becoming aware of our heart center.
It's very important and this is the most important shift of understanding that when you do this work don't do it while being the person.
So don't do it while you are inside with your image,
With your identity and you're balancing your energy from inside.
This will not be very effective.
You have to widen your awareness outside the body and then observe the heart center.
Now it's not that you left your body,
It's not that.
You are inside and you're outside in the same time but you're recognizing the whole space.
You're not either out or either in,
You're both.
So as the awareness being emphasized it's become quite apparent that the awareness is not personal.
Personal,
Yeah,
It's not like limited to the shape and size of the body or the head.
If you pay attention you'll see that your awareness in fact is infinite and that's a completely different ball game compared to pulling awareness and identifying as the body.
Awareness is infinity itself and let's say the tragedy of human beings is that we live as if we are this little person and we don't recognize that infinity,
That infinite being which we are and everybody is.
So how blessed we are that in this very moment we are acknowledging the most fundamental understanding that human being can have.
So as the whole creation is infinite being pay attention to your heart center and invite it to open up,
Invite it to release,
To soften,
To disperse its emotional tension into the whole creation.
And for the mind this kind of attitude can be confusing.
Am I in?
Am I out?
Or who am I?
So the truth is that we are everything.
We are this person that we are moving around with name,
With identity,
And at the same time we are the whole creation with zero identity.
And you choose where to be and how to operate,
How to move,
When to do what and how to be when,
But you must understand how it works.
So let's shift now and connect to nervousness,
Tension,
Anxiety,
Anxiousness.
Those type of sensation or experiences normally are present in our system just because we are operating as that little person all the time and as a result there is so much pressure,
So much tension building up in the system,
So much.
So let's help a system to undo,
To dissolve that tension by acknowledging our infinity and then calling that tension to dissolve into that infinite space which we are and everything and everybody is.
So without losing that infinite being which you are,
Try to discern with a clarity as much as possible where the tension,
Where this kind of anxious vibration is residing in your body,
But don't lose the infinity.
This is the whole trick.
As clear as you are,
The result will be more profound and faster and deeper.
So this is a very magical way of connecting because what we are asking our system to do is to be the whole creation which is just space and in the same time we are asking the moving part of our existence which we call the mind to kind of like a radar search for tension,
Home on it without losing infinity.
The minute you are homed or locked on area of tension without losing infinity,
It will dissolve itself into that infinite space which you are.
Again this is mechanics,
That's how it works,
But you need to learn how to position your system for that.
Now you know it's working,
What you're doing is because you're feeling deeper,
More relaxed,
Your mind is softer,
Is less tension in the body,
More parts of your physical form or a human part starting to dissolve like you don't feel them.
And this is exactly the indication which parts of your body are harmonized completely with Source and which part is still tense and with a vibration that is waiting to harmonize.
So you just keep being aware of the whole creation and then if you notice for example tension in your head you invite the tension to synchronize.
And this type of meditation I really recommend to do once a day at least to dissolve all the residues of tension created during the day and during our life.
And this will change your whole system,
You'll see.
Because deep inside you're training your mind,
Your human being,
To connect with a much higher vibration than it used to.
So something deep inside you is growing to know the truth,
You can say,
And it's not a religion or nothing of that,
It's just how things work,
That's all.
And as a result your interaction with life changes,
Your mind operates differently,
You start to observe things that maybe can be done differently,
It's natural.
Of course as much as we put more emphasis on it during our life,
Meaning we bring more awareness into our daily life,
This transition will be faster.
