Hey my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's talk about the logic that will help you to go back to sleep once you wake up in the middle of the night or if you cannot fall asleep.

What happened to us is that the energy that's supposed to flow down is actually rising up.

We have energy meridians that are coming from heaven down to the earth flowing on the back,

Flowing the side of the body,

Flowing in the front.

All this energy,

All those meridians are deeply related to the brain.

They're moving inside the brain,

Outside the brain,

Yeah,

And outside the body.

If we're thinking the energy goes up instead of going down.

If we feel emotional the energy goes and accumulates in the heart and it's blocked of its natural flow from heaven to earth.

When you cannot sleep it means that that flow is blocked right now.

Blocked with thought,

Blocked with emotions.

So basically and simply what we need to do is redirect the energy flow from heaven to earth.

Number one is to recognize I'm blocked.

Instead of focusing on what your mind is thinking about and how you're feeling emotionally,

Say to yourself I'm blocked right now.

The energy of heaven is not flowing through my body.

I know it because my mind is too busy.

I know it because I'm very emotional.

Second thing is to say okay let's harmonize it.

And third okay so how?

Just visualize that the front of your body is becoming like a river and start to flow heaven to earth.

After that move to your back and do the same.

Visualize that the heaven energy is flowing from heaven to earth through your back and cleansing the tension.

And then you move to both sides left and right and you do exactly the same.

Energy of heaven is flowing down and cleansing the side of your body.

If you cannot feel it don't worry about it.

Just visualize the image and it will work.

If you cannot visualize again don't worry about it.

If you cannot visualize again don't worry about it.

Just say I'm cleansing the front of my body.

I'm cleansing the back of my body.

I'm cleansing the sides of my body.

I'm inviting the heaven energy to flow through my body from heaven to earth and to redirect the life force from my head,

From my emotions,

From my physical body into the earth.

It's easy,

It's powerful and it will help you so much.
