While one part of the brain holds tightly to identity, roles, and stories, there’s another place within you—quiet, steady, and infinite—that doesn’t need to define or defend anything. It simply is. This session helps you recognize and strengthen that awareness. By connecting with this deeper perspective, you’ll begin to understand the difference between reacting from ego and responding from clarity. You'll sense how this inner space allows for real transformation: less noise, more presence. From this place, you don’t have to fix or force anything—you’ll start to live with more wisdom, choice, and peace.

Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's connect to the enlightened part of your brain through which you can connect to your Source and to everything as one.

Make sure you're sitting comfortable or lying down.

Pay attention how the breathing moves in and out.

How deep your breath goes.

Maybe it feels like it stops somewhere.

Just be aware of the process of breathing,

That's all.

That ability to be aware is what will save your life,

Is what will bring you from confusion into unity,

Into peace,

Into wellness,

Into health.

So even if you don't feel well right now,

Maybe you feel emotional,

Maybe you feel anxious,

Maybe your body doesn't feel well,

Maybe your mind is all over the place,

That part of you,

That observing that,

Is really most important.

Because what observes,

What allows you to be conscious of what you're experiencing in your body,

In your mind,

In your emotion,

Is your lifesaver,

Is what will save you,

That exact ability.

So instead of focusing on the difficulty,

Let's focus on not observing the difficulty.

Try to separate those two.

The space as the observer and the object being observed.

And see if you can move yourself into the seat of the observer from the seat of the experiencer,

From the seat of seeing everything,

To the normal positioning of identifying with everything.

This is my body,

My thoughts,

My emotion,

I feel like this,

I feel like that.

Move to the seat of the space in which what you're seeing,

What you're feeling,

Manifests.

And try to be very clear,

Where is it?

Where is it in my brain?

How do I do that shift from the experiencer to the space in which everything manifests?

Feel like you're a researcher,

You really want to identify that place within your brain that has the ability to observe,

To expand,

To separate from the tension,

To separate from the thoughts,

To separate from the emotions.

It's not to resist or not to reject anything,

But to be the witness,

The awareness,

The space in which they're manifest.

Once you distilled and you recognize in why these two parts emphasize the observer part,

Put as much awareness energy there instead of the experiencing part.

And then allow that part that observe everything,

Which is actually infinite space,

To expand.

It's really a trick to call it the observer,

Because it's not really the observer,

It's the infinite space where all creation manifests.

So,

Allow that part to expand and to become infinite.

That part that sees everything,

Let it expand.

Let it expand without any boundaries,

Let it be the whole creation.

And beyond creation.

That part doesn't think,

That part doesn't feel,

That part is before thinking,

Feeling,

Before everything,

Yet it's you.

As long as you keep the emphasis on that part,

All what you feel within your human being will start to relax and harmonize naturally.

So,

The only thing you need to do is to emphasize on that infinite space,

Which is part of you,

Actually it's you more than anything else.

And as you're holding that infinite being state,

The rest will just join and you're gonna feel amazing.

You know that it's working because suddenly you start to feel more comfortable,

The mind is more relaxed,

The emotions are more soft,

The physical body starts to feel more soft and spacious.

And actually,

Slowly you stop feeling your physical existence,

And each and every part of you is synchronizing and harmonizing with soul.

So,

Blessing on your practice,

And have a beautiful,

Beautiful day,

And night,

And life.
