Let's begin this practice by finding a comfortable seat.
If you prefer laying down your side,
As comfortable as possible to stillness.
The eyes closed,
Let's take it.
Exhale that breath out through the mouth with a sigh and it fills up with air.
You need to parting the lips gently and slow.
This time I invite you to pause at the top of you,
Consciously release through the mouth.
Breath now back to its natural rhythm.
The tip of your nose,
And to connect with as it enters and leaves.
It's observing,
Noticing its temperature and slightly cool inside of your nostrils.
As you breathe out,
Brushing the top of it,
Observe this flow as you continue to observe.
Notice each nostril,
Observe the quality,
To sweat the long,
Short,
Where it is shallow or deep.
So you continue to observe this breath.
Notice now into your chest,
Observe as you breathe,
Expansion and the contraction,
Soft movement is more dominant,
It's a little bit deeper.
Observe this rise and fall.
Let's go a little bit deeper into our body.
Have to expand into any areas in your body that you feel tight,
Be some resistance.
Need to analyze the judgments as to why experiencing,
Just simply observe into those areas,
Sending love as you breathe out,
Releasing.
Continue this natural flow of your breath,
Observe catching,
Needing to engage,
And to just simply observe as if you are observing what's passing sky.
There's no judgment,
Things that pass by,
Sometimes enter.
They simply leave this practice,
Connect your awareness,
Experiencing this present moment.
As you focus your awareness,
Missing your need to attach to what's in your mind,
Yourself,
As you hear my words,
Continue,
Place your awareness on this moment,
Rest,
And as you breathe,
Disconnecting from the busyness,
Art space.
You feel you can take one hand,
Place it on the center of your chest,
Softly,
The space,
Desire messages,
Us taking several moments here.
This moment of deep presence,
Feel safe in this moment,
You have everything you need,
This deep,
This moment,
Peace,
Is of mind detaching,
Us to constantly say,
Is for,
Is satisfying,
Is nothing.
As you give yourself this gift,
You're supported,
This only greatest desire,
This moment,
There is nothing,

The shackles of your mind getting deeper and deeper now into,

As you allow yourself to detach from the noise of the world,

Whatever is going on,

There is no breath,
