Welcome to this meditation.
Find yourself a comfortable seat or lying down,
However feels most comfortable for you.
Least effort,
The most relaxation.
Finding a nice quiet spot.
Let's just begin with three cleansing breaths.
Taking a deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose.
And releasing out through the mouth.
One more time now inhaling through the nose.
Just pausing at the top there before you release and empty your body completely now.
Releasing and letting go of any tension,
Any thoughts,
Anything that's going on in your life up until this moment.
Just release.
If it's important you can always come back to it later.
Just for the next few moments allow yourself to relax into this space.
In this meditation I'm going to guide you through a series of affirmations.
As you repeat these I am affirmations try to really feel into the words and feel into your body.
Now if you're not feeling good the words may not resonate with you and even seem like a lie.
And that's okay if you feel like that just allow what bubbles up for you.
If the negative emotions become intense you can take a mental note that this is an area that you can bring your attention to and work more on.
Hopefully you resonate with most of the words and the words should ring true to your soul,
Absolutely true to your soul maybe not for your ego but they are true to your soul.
As you repeat the words imagine these things are already in your present.
Okay so really allowing yourself to feel into that let's just take another deep breath in through the nose and releasing,
Relaxing the body allowing any tension to drift away now.
And let's begin.
Relaxing your whole body letting go of any holding,
Any tightness and allow your attention,
Your awareness to drift to the third eye so this is the space between your eyebrows in the centre of your forehead,
In the centre of your skull.
Maybe as you focus there your eyes,
Eyeballs roll back into your head and your jaw and your cheekbones,
Your forehead all releases.
If at any point during this practice you feel any discomfort in the body just move in any way that you are inspired to but if possible it would be good to remain still keeping our awareness connected firmly to the third eye.
I would like you now to repeat after me.
I am love.
I am truth.
I am safe.
I am abundant and I am free.
Let's repeat that.
I am love.

Take a deep breath in and out.
I am powerful.
I am strong.
I am capable and I am motivated.
I am supported.
I am reliable and I am loved.
I am loved and I am love.
Take a deep breath in and let that go,
Awareness to the third eye.
I am trusting.
I am full of faith.
I am present.
I am grateful.
I am joyful and I am loved.
I am capable.
I am willing.
I am curious.
I am seeking.
I am seeking the truth that I am.
I am truth.
I am love.
Let's take another deep breath.
I am kind.
I am compassionate.

I am tenderness and I am gentle.

Notice what came up for you and what is inspiring you in this moment.
Silently in your mind now I would like for you to repeat I am followed by whatever comes up.
Maybe it's something you feel you need.
Maybe it's something you want.
Maybe it's something you already embody.
Maybe it's something you want to believe.
Whatever comes up now find your own affirmations.
