Welcoming you to this space allow your body to lay down in a comfortable position wherever you are can you adjust yourself to become even more comfortable finding the space of stillness scanning your body for any areas of tightness or tension or where you are holding on just let go,
Relax completely this meditation is designed to help you sleep so just let's begin by noticing all of the thoughts in the mind I'd like you to just step back from them release any attachments and allow yourself to be in dialogue with these thoughts just release them,
Just observe imagine your mind is the deep blue sky and the thoughts are just the clouds drifting through,
Drifting past sometimes they're big and heavy and sometimes they're light and fluffy whatever they are release any need to analyse,
To judge let them go bringing your awareness into your body observing the rhythm of your breath observing the expansion and the contraction as you breathe and as you breathe out,
Each breath out is an opportunity to let go to let go of all of the events of this day to let go of the thoughts that cause you anxiety in the mind the thoughts about the future,
The past,
Whatever it is whatever situation has occurred during this day it's now time to relax your mind,
Your body into a deep sleep and in this slumber you will travel out of your body to the dream world where anything is possible this night will be full of wonder,
Of joy releasing all that is in this physical world make it your intention to sleep well tonight to connect with your angels,
