Indapannyo (Alexander Hart) grew up in Ireland and began Vipassana meditation aged 21, before discovering Theravada Buddhism in the Western Thai Forest Sangha tradition. He spent a total of over eight and a half years living in monasteries on eight precepts, including five and a half years as an ordained Bhikkhu, based at Chithurst Buddhist Monastery, West Sussex, UK. In 2021 he left monastic life to move to Cornwall where he qualified as a vinyasa flow yoga instructor (300hrs) with Yoga Alliance Professionals and is currently studying restorative yoga through Falmouth Yoga Space.
