Welcome.
Today's focus will be Vibrancy.
We'll be doing this by activating our solar plexus chakra,
Which is located just beneath your ribcage.
The solar plexus is associated with the colour yellow and the element the chakra is associated with is fire.
When activated and in alignment,
This energy centre harnesses great health and wellbeing,
A healthy work-life balance and professional and personal success,
Both measured from a balanced view of self.
We feel positive,
Open and learn from all situations.
We understand that there will be off days and can adjust accordingly,
Allowing ourselves the room and space needed.
We continue to set and accomplish goals and naturally move towards personal growth and self-improvement.
We set clear boundaries and move through life feeling tenacious and vibrant.
The frequency associated with the solar plexus is 528 Hz and is used throughout this soundscape meditation.
As we move into this meditation,
We enter in,
Abandoning all judgement and expectations.
We simply welcome this journey.
When you are ready,
I would like for you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And again,
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And once again,
In through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Continue with this flow and this rhythm of breath.
With each inhale,
Feel the stillness surrounding you,
Now becoming you.
And with each exhale,
Sink deeper and deeper into yourself.
Bring your awareness to your body.
How is your neck feeling today?
How are your shoulders and your back?
Your upper back and your lower back?
How are they feeling today?
Allow your awareness now to travel down into your arms,
Into your hands and into your fingers.
And just become aware of how your arms and your hands and your fingers are feeling today.
And how are your legs and your feet feeling today?
And now with our awareness,
Let's travel to our mind and just become aware of how our mind is feeling today.
And now let's move down into your heart.
How is your heart feeling today?
If you are carrying any tension or any pain or discomfort,
If you are carrying worry,
Anxiety or unease within these parts of your body,
With our next inhale and exhale,
Let's be mindful of letting it all go.
So together,
Let's fill our lungs and take a deep breath in through the nose.
And without exhale,
Release all that we no longer wish to carry.
Exhale and let it all go.
And now allow the rhythm and flow of your breath to simply lead you slow,
Steady,
Deep breaths.
I would like for you to try and visualise the image of a golden flame.
See the light gently flickering as if you were gazing into a burning candle.
Keep your breath slow and steady.
Feel the warmth of this flame radiating through your entire body.
Now take your awareness to your solar plexus,
Located just beneath your ribcage.
This is the home of fire in your body.
Visualise the golden flame as it gradually increases into a beautiful,
Roaring fire.
Continuing to take deep,
Slow,
Steady breaths,
Imagine feeling the tremendous heat from this fire.
Feel its great power.
This power can burn through all obstacles.
Whatever stands in your path can and will be removed.
Bring to mind anything that needs to be changed in your life.
Unhealthy habits,
Negative patterns,
Destructive thoughts and emotions.
Take a moment to bring to mind all that you would like to change.
And now allow the fire to pass through it.
See it all consumed by flames.
Fire consumes matter and transforms energy.
Energy cannot be destroyed.
It merely undergoes change.
You can harness the energy to create whatever you need right now in your life.
Give energy and power to your vision.
You have the power to create anything in your life that will bring you an abundance of peace and happiness.
Focus on your desire,
Focus on the flame and know that all is possible.
As we move into our breathwork,
As always,
We'll be inhaling through the nose and exhaling through our mouths.
Welcome any discoveries within this time and allow the beauty of the colour yellow and the power of your inner fire to dissolve all barriers and blockages.
With your back straight and palms facing up,
Together we'll breathe in through our nose prana and exhale through our mouth yama.
Let's begin.

And on the exhale,
Hold that breath.
Feel your heartbeat in this moment and the energy pulsating through your body.
Become aware of your own power.
And let's take a deep breath in through the nose and hold that breath.

Two,

Exhale and let it all go.
And as you centre yourself for our second round of breathwork,
Really challenge yourself to force the breath out on the exhale and breathe in deeply with each inhale.
And let's begin.

Ree in prana,
Exhale yama.
Breathe in prana,
Exhale yama.
And hold that breath on the exhale.
Become aware of your heartbeat.
Become aware of the energy pulsating through you.
And take a deep breath in,

And exhale,
Let it all go.
And as you centre yourself,
Whilst moving into our final round of breath work,
Really take this opportunity to let go through each exhale any unwanted emotion or obstacle.
And with each inhale,
Breathe in that abundance and that peace.

And now just return to each breath,
Being slow and steady.
Continuing to breathe in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Becoming aware of how your body is feeling in this moment.
Any tingliness or sensations running through you.
Become aware and rest within that awareness.
Become aware and rest within that awareness.
And as you sit present,
I will remind you,
You have a chance to reset with each breath.
With each breath,
You have a chance to start again.
Our wanting for more leaves us blind to the areas within us that require work.
It takes courage to know that true wealth first grows from nurturing a relationship with self.
To identify what patterns,
Habits,
And emotions we must rid ourselves of before being able to drink deeply from the fountain of life.
There is a season for all.
The season of stillness,
Which pulls you into its quiet embrace.
The season of outpouring,
Where deep work causes transformation.
The season of promise,
Where wonder and newness is birthed.
The season of vibrancy,
Which allows the vastness of discoveries to flourish.
There is a time and season for all.
And soon you will open with this inspiration and guide others into their own seasons of stillness,
Outpouring,
Promise,
And vibrancy.
And until that time,
Beloved,
Notice how you have become more for taking this time.
Notice how much radiance you have gained.
Notice how the fire within you responds to your expansion.
Notice the work you have put in.
Beloved,
Embrace your vibrancy and dwell within its virtue.
And let's just breathe that in.
So breathe in slowly and deeply in through the nose.
And exhale through the mouth.
And again,
Slowly and deeply in through the nose.

And one last time,
Slowly and deeply in through the nose.
And exhale through the mouth.
And allow the stillness surrounding you to become you.
And when you are ready,
Without rush,
Bring your awareness to your body and then to your surroundings.

And move into or throughout your day with love,
