I feel like this gave me hope from within myself in a way that I didn’t realize was absent. I have felt quietly stuck for a long time now. I miss myself I realized. I don’t get miserable enough to change, yet I fear the discomfort of the changes my intuition has shown me… repeatedly. Thank you, I will be doing this practice often I suspect…. Definitely not an easy one 😂

I loved this meditation and breathing practice. I used to do Wim Hof breathing, but lapsed, so this got me reconnected to doing a breathing practice. I could feel the energy in my body.
