Welcome.
Today our focus will be insight.
We will be doing this by activating our third eye chakra,
Which is located just slightly above and in between our eyebrows.
The third eye chakra is associated with the colour indigo and the element the third eye chakra is associated with is light.
Its energy centre harnesses the ability to function from a place of quiet confidence within all that we see and know.
Inner vision,
Wisdom and insight are sharpened and we are unafraid to share our intelligence and deep knowing.
This allows us to relate and connect with everyone we encounter,
No matter their background.
We are slow to pass judgement.
Instead,
We observe,
Collect data and use intuition.
We live powerfully in the present and are able to see past the barriers,
Confusion and resistance.
The frequency associated with the third eye chakra is 720 hertz and is used throughout the soundscape meditation.
As we move into this meditation,
We enter in abandoning all judgement and expectations.
We simply welcome this journey.
When you are ready,
I would like for you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through your mouth.
And again,
Inhale deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And once again,
In deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Continue with this flow and this rhythm of breath.
With each inhale,
Feel the stillness surrounding you,
Now becoming you.
And with each exhale,
Sink deeper into yourself.
Bring your awareness to your body.
How is your neck feeling today?
How are your shoulders,
Your back,
Your upper back,
Your lower back?
How are they feeling today?
And how are your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers?
How are they feeling today?
How are your legs and your feet feeling today?
And how is your mind today?
How is your mind feeling?
And how is your heart?
How is your heart feeling today?
If you are carrying any tension,
Any pain,
Discomfort,
Any worry or anxiety,
With our next inhale and exhale,
Let's simply breathe it all out.
So together,
Let's fill our lungs and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And now allow the rhythm and flow of your breath to simply lead you,
Sinking deeper and deeper into self.
I would like for you to take your awareness to your root chakra and focus on the colour red.
Allow the grounding of this chakra to fill your entire body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Raise your awareness now to your sacral chakra and focus on the colour orange.
Allow the fluidity of this chakra to fill your entire body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Raise your awareness to your solar plexus and focus on the colour yellow.
Allow this confident flame to fill your entire body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Lift your awareness to the heart chakra and focus on the colour green.
Allow the thankfulness and unconditional love of this chakra to fill your entire being.
And take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Lift your awareness now to the throat chakra and focus on the colour blue.
Allow the steady pace of communication to fill your entire being.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And now bring your awareness to your third eye chakra,
Allowing all colours to fuse together.
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue.
And take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
As these colours merge into one another,
Bring your focus to the colour indigo and imagine your third eye radiating this light and filling your entire body.
Keep your breath slow and steady,
Continuing to breathe in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Your wisdom,
Your insight and your inner vision came here to expand beyond its limits.
It is with you so it can provide you with deep and balanced insights.
It is with you to provide you with a heightened sense of intuition.
It has the ability to remove all ego and see through all confusion.
Let's together inhale deeply in through the nose and let's exhale slowly out through the mouth.
This intuitive insight that we have received as a gift resides within to help break free the patterns of struggle,
To help identify the areas we must grow from in order to reach our heightened state of consciousness.
This gift allows us to gently unblock areas within our lives that are needing to be free so that the light within us can first heal itself and then pour out freely onto others.
Let's together again inhale deeply through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
When we move from a place of deep insight,
We are able to overcome pains and hurts in a way that will only further lead into converted blessings.
We can then drink deeply,
Expand and simply prosper.
Now once again bring your awareness to your third eye and as we move into our breath work section of this meditation we will continue to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
If it becomes difficult to keep up with this pace then simply return to your normal breath however remain present within this moment.
With each inhale imagine the light of the third eye chakra entering into your being and with each exhale imagine yourself letting go of all doubt that stops your insights and intuition from developing.
Welcome any discoveries within this time and allow the beauty of the colour indigo and the perfect light surrounding you to dissolve all barriers and blockages.
And as we move into our breath work as always we will be inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth.

Feel your heartbeat and the energy pulsating through your body.

I feel like this gave me hope from within myself in a way that I didn’t realize was absent. I have felt quietly stuck for a long time now. I miss myself I realized. I don’t get miserable enough to change, yet I fear the discomfort of the changes my intuition has shown me… repeatedly. Thank you, I will be doing this practice often I suspect…. Definitely not an easy one 😂

I loved this meditation and breathing practice. I used to do Wim Hof breathing, but lapsed, so this got me reconnected to doing a breathing practice. I could feel the energy in my body. I feel I am holding yang tension in my throat and 3rd Eye chakras, so I have bookmarked all your chakra tracks to going to use them to unblock my chakras and get better alignment. Thank you🥰🤗💫🙏🏾💖
