Welcome.
Today our focus will be divinity.
We'll be doing this by activating our crown chakra,
Which is located at the top of our head.
The crown chakra is associated with the colour violet,
And the element the crown chakra is associated with is pure,
Universal,
Cosmic energy.
When the crown chakra is activated and in alignment,
Our connection to purpose is revealed.
We understand our connection to everything and everyone.
We want to make a difference in our own unique way.
We move through life operating within a higher frequency.
We move through life with a steady and deep knowing that life in its purest form is intoxicating and we are simply and quite humbly divine.
The frequency associated with the crown chakra is 768 hertz and is used throughout this soundscape meditation.
As we move into this meditation,
We enter in abandoning all judgement and expectations.
We simply welcome this journey.
When you are ready,
I would like for you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and again inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth and once again a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Begin with this flow and this rhythm of breath.
With each inhale,
Feel the stillness surrounding you,
Now becoming you and with each exhale,
Sink deeper into yourself.
Bring your awareness to your body.
How is your neck feeling today?
How are your shoulders and your back?
Your upper back and your lower back?
How is your back feeling today?
And how are your arms,
Your hands and your fingers feeling today?
And let's just move our awareness down into our legs and into our feet and just become aware of how they are feeling today.
And how is your mind feeling today?
And now let's move our awareness into our heart and become aware of how your heart is feeling today.
And if you are carrying any tension or any pain,
Discomfort,
Any worry or anxiety,
If there is a restlessness or an unease within any parts of your body,
Within our next inhale and exhale,
Let's be mindful of letting it all go.
So together,
Let's fill our lungs and take a deep breath in through the nose and with our exhale,
Release all that we no longer wish to carry.
Exhale and simply let it all go.
And now allow the rhythm and the flow of your breath to simply lead you.
Slow,
Steady,
Deep breaths.
With each breath,
Fall deeper into yourself.
Enter into that sacred place where nothing changes,
Where everything is still.
Enter into the place that allows you to connect to everything and to everyone.
Feel the power of this place that resides within you.
Bring your awareness to your crown and see that light radiating around you,
Over you and through you.
This is the place where earth,
Water,
Fire,
Fresh air,
Ether,
Light all fuse together,
Where they all become one.
This is where your divinity resides.
Bask in it,
Receive from it and extend your gratefulness to it.
You are a part of the infinite vastness of the divine.
Be still and know that because of this,
You are divine.
And as we move into our breathwork,
As always we'll be inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth.
Welcome any discoveries within this time and allow the beauty of the colour violet and the power of the cosmic universal energy to dissolve all barriers and blockages.

You responded to your own calling and came face to face with the light from within.
As the days passed,
Some were cold,
Others warm.
You determined the season you were in and worked through the valley of your own soul to find rest.
In doing so,
Beloved,
All that you were hiding from,
The regret,
The pain,
The shame,
You realised could be washed away from within.
And all that you were longing for,
The joy,
The love,
The peace,
You realised could always be given to you freely from within.
For all of this and so much more is within you and always has been.
This moment here marks your journey.
This moment here has granted you with an eternal gift,
The gift of knowing,
The gift of knowing your own divinity.
And let's just breathe that in.
