Welcome.

Today our focus will be sacred waters.

We'll be doing this by activating our sacral chakra,

Which is located in the lower abdomen region,

Just below the navel.

The sacral chakra is associated with the colour orange,

And the element the sacral chakra is associated with is water.

When activated and in alignment,

This energy centre harnesses the ability to flow through life harmoniously.

We are fluid with our feelings,

And working on this chakra places a comforting blanket upon our emotions,

Allowing us to be mindful,

Reflective and balanced.

Our relationships are meaningful and fulfilling.

We have a flourishing relationship with our self-worth,

And a healthy relationship with our sensuality and sexuality.

The frequency associated with this sacral chakra is 480 Hz,

And is used throughout this soundscape meditation.

As we move into this meditation,

We enter in,

Abandoning all judgement and expectations.

We simply welcome this journey.

When you are ready,

I would like for you to close your eyes,

And take a deep breath in through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth.

And again,

Inhale deeply in through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth.

And once again,

Inhale deeply in through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth.

And continue with this flow and this rhythm of breath.

With each inhale,

Feel the stillness surrounding you,

Now becoming you.

And with each exhale,

Sink deeper and deeper into yourself.

Bring your awareness to your body.

How is your neck feeling today?

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your upper back,

Your lower back.

How are they feeling today?

How are your arms,

Your hands,

Fingers,

How are they feeling today?

How are your legs,

And your feet feeling today?

How is your mind today?

How is your mind feeling?

And how is your heart feeling today?

If you are carrying any tension,

Any pain,

Discomfort,

Any worry or anxiety,

A restlessness or an unease within these parts of your body,

With our necks inhale and exhale,

Let's be mindful of letting it all go.

So together,

Let's fill our lungs and take a deep breath in through the nose.

And with our exhale,

Release all that we no longer wish to carry.

Exhale through the mouth and let it all go.

Now allow the rhythm and flow of your breath to simply lead you.

Slow,

Steady,

Deep breaths.

Feel your breath as it flows through and around your entire being.

Acknowledge how effortless each inhale and exhale is.

Become aware of the force that moves through you.

Feel the energy move within you and focus on the sensations created.

Bring your awareness to the blood that courses through you.

Your bloodstream flows from your heart to each individual cell,

Carrying nourishment.

Your cells are cleansed and the blood returns again to the heart.

Open your vessels like rivers and let the waters flow through you.

Feel the fluidity of your body as the waters expand and contract in wave-like movements.

From your base,

Imagine an orange light filling your being,

Moving into your sacred pelvis region.

And really begin to open your sacral chakra.

Focus on the water cleansing this area for you.

Realizing your sense of self-worth,

Unlocking your sensuality,

Sexuality,

Creativity and balanced emotions.

Silence the voices that have told you you are not enough within these areas.

And if you recognize the voice as being your own,

Let's uproot that belief and replace it with a deep knowing that within all of these areas you are more than enough.

Sense the sacred power of the water energy as it streams through your entire being.

And as a river,

Feel yourself returning to the infinite vastness of the ocean and embrace your power.

And let's just breathe that in.

So breathe in deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And keeping your breath steady and slow and deep,

We'll begin to move into our breathwork.

As always,

We will be inhaling through the nose and exhaling through our mouths.

Welcome any discoveries within this time and allow the beauty of the colour orange and the perfect waters surrounding our beings to dissolve all barriers and blockages.

And if possible,

Please sit with your back straight and your palms open.

And when you are ready,

Let's breathe in together.

Let's inhale through the nose.

And as we centre ourselves to move into our second round of breath work.

Again let's really focus on the control of our breath.

Inhaling deeply and exhaling all that we wish not to carry anymore.

And as we move into our final round of breath work,

Begin to embrace the sensations that are running through your body.

Embrace every emotion that is surfacing.

And centre yourself for our final round.

Yama exhale Yama inhale prana exhale Yama and hold that breath on the exhale feel your heartbeat embrace every sensation feel your energy connecting you to everyone and everything and let's inhale inhale and hold five four three two one exhale and let it all go well done I'd like you now to return to each breath being slow and steady continuing to breathe in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth if you are experiencing a tingliness within your hands or within your body the vibration this is quite normal if you are seeing colors hearing sound this is also quite normal whatever emotions you may be feeling right now it is a safe place for you to fill them this is your journey your experience you are right where you need to be keeping your breath slow deep and steady remain present within this stillness and as you sit present I will remind you that where we once waded in the waters we now stand cleansed with no fight with no resistance with no fear it is within these waters that the brokenness within you poured out the uncertainty surrounding your own value and worth raged war your emotions cascading a sensuality losing all vibrancy creativity halted and then suddenly you felt her might she washed over you reminding you that the waters you soak in are healing and you honored her for you honored yourself the waters held and seized you the waters took away from you the waters blew mighty waves through you the waters relentlessly pursue you reminding you that your emotions are sacred your self-worth is sacred your sensuality is sacred your creativity is sacred but you beloved you are sacred and let's breathe that in deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and again deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and once again deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and allow the stillness surrounding you to become you and when you are ready without rush bring your awareness to your body and then to your surroundings in your own time open your eyes and take a sip of water and move into or throughout your day with love peace and sacred waters you you you you you you you you

3 day return to this teacher guide meditation. For me, whom is no expert, I enjoy the length, the binaural beats, chakra attention, and repeated breath work. For it all creates a powerful physical sensation that I have not experienced in one guided meditation till now. To have a feminine voice & tone to that voice it all feels very cleansing to begin a new day.
