Welcome.

Today our focus will be confident voice.

We'll be doing this by activating our throat chakra.

The throat chakra is associated with the colour blue and the element the throat chakra is associated with is ether.

When activated and in alignment the throat chakra allows us to communicate effectively.

Voicing our true feelings,

Thoughts,

Beliefs and opinions.

Using wisdom and evaluation skills.

Feeling confident with what we have to say and how to deliver the message.

We are able to hold space and understand the importance of allowing others to voice how they too feel.

We encourage,

Are able to extend empathy and also celebrate those around us and value the gift of clear and balanced communication.

The frequency associated with the throat chakra is 672 hertz and is used throughout the soundscape meditation.

As we move into this meditation we enter in abandoning all judgement and expectation.

We simply welcome this journey.

When you are ready I would like for you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and again inhale deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and once again inhale deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and just continue with this flow and this rhythm of breath.

With each inhale feel the stillness surrounding you now becoming you and with each exhale sink deeper and deeper into yourself.

Bring your awareness to your body.

How is your neck feeling today?

How are your shoulders and how is your back feeling today?

Your upper back and your lower and how are your arms and your hands and your fingers feeling today?

And now allow your awareness to travel into your legs down to your feet and become aware of how your legs and your feet are feeling today.

And now let's bring our awareness to our mind.

How is your mind feeling today?

And how is your heart?

How is your heart feeling today?

And if you are carrying any tension and any pain or discomfort,

Any worry or anxiety within our next inhale and exhale let's be mindful of letting it all go.

So together let's fill our lungs and take a deep breath in through the nose and with our exhale release all that we no longer wish to carry.

Exhale and simply let it go.

And now allow the rhythm and flow of your breath to simply lead you.

Slow,

Steady,

Deep breaths.

Take your awareness to the colour blue and imagine this colour radiating from your throat.

Imagine the colour blue radiating from your throat chakra and then freely flowing through your body.

As this blue light flows through you,

Tune into your breath,

Tune into the vibrations that the simple inhale and exhale are causing within your body.

Listen for the subtle vibrational change within your breath and as you listen allow yourself to feel.

Feel the shift of energy with each inhale,

With each exhale.

Feel the gentle power of this energy steadily growing,

Providing you with all that you need.

And as we move into our breath work,

As always we'll be inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth.

Welcome any discoveries within this time and allow the beauty of the colour blue and the power of ether to dissolve all barriers and blockages.

And with your back straight and palms facing up,

Let's breathe in together through our nose prana and exhale through our mouth yama.

Exhale Yama and on that exhale hold that breath.

Become aware of your heartbeat and the energy pulsating through your body.

Become aware of your power.

Feel the stillness surrounding you within you.

And now let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

So breathe in with me and hold that breath 5,

And exhale.

Let it all go.

Well done.

And as you ready yourself for the second round of breath work,

Really challenge yourself to breathe in deeply with each inhale and with each exhale really force that breath out.

Allow the stillness to seep in.

And just remain present in this moment.

And take a deep breath in so breathe in through the nose and hold that breath.

Three,

Two,

One and exhale and let it all go.

Well done.

And as we move into our final round of breath work,

Again really fill your lungs with each inhale and with each exhale really force that breath out.

And simply receive.

And take a deep breath in,

So breathe in through the nose and hold that breath.

Let it all go,

And now return to each breath being slow and steady.

Continuing to breathe in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Becoming aware of any sensations and vibrations through your body.

Embracing all images and colours,

Any tingly sensations in your hands,

Feet.

Embrace it all.

And as you sit present,

I will remind you that within you there is wisdom,

Within you lies complete understanding,

You are guided with a knowing that allows you to speak freely and openly.

That wisdom that guides you has provided you with a voice to communicate,

To express through speech,

Through art,

Through dance,

Through song,

Through written word,

Through prayer,

Through mantra,

Through a look,

Through a glance,

Through your life's work,

Through your own choice of precious silence.

You have a voice beloved,

A voice that is heard,

A voice that is listened to,

A voice that is understood,

A voice that is received.

You have a voice beloved,

You have a voice,

You have a voice.

And let's just breathe that in,

So breathe in deeply in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And again,

Breathe in deeply,

So in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And once again,

Breathe in deeply,

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth and allow the stillness surrounding you to become you.

And when you are ready,

Without rush,

Bring your awareness to your body and then to your surroundings.

In your own time,

Open your eyes,

Take a sip of water and move into or throughout your day with love,

Peace and a confident voice.
