In today's meditation,
I'm going to walk you through the three keys to manifesting what you want,
And I'll give you an acronym to help you remember them every day,
All through the day,
So you can start to intentionally manifest more of what you want and less of what you don't.
But before we begin,
I want to share something.
It's a fact that manifestation is actually completely natural,
Except most of us have been going about it all wrong for most of our lives.
Have you ever put something on a vision board,
Or tried affirmations,
Or attempted some type of visualization,
But the manifestation part didn't quite work out?
Usually when it comes to manifesting what we want,
We try all these techniques,
And when it doesn't work out,
We focus on the unwanted outcome,
And then decide,
Manifestation just doesn't work.
But the reality is that we're always manifesting.
The way you're experiencing what's going on in your life right now,
Is a manifestation,
Based on what you've been thinking and feeling.
And if you're looking around and you're thinking this,
Why would I ever have manifested any of this intentionally,
I invite you to ask yourself,
Honestly,
If you could have been unintentionally bringing unwanted things into your life.
And then don't take my word for it,
Put it to the test in your own life.
Try making a small change in your thinking,
And see what happens.
And that's what we're going to work on today.
So let's begin.
Settle into a comfortable position,
Relax your shoulders and your whole body,
And try to bring yourself into a state of total relaxation.
And close your eyes.
See if you can let go of whatever's come before this moment,
And anything that's coming after,
As we ease into the universal here,
And everlasting now.
And take one deep breath,
Inhale,
And exhale.
Let's start by noticing,
Over the last few days,
What your predominant thoughts have been about.
Without judgment,
Think about what thoughts you've been carrying around with you recently.
Have they been positive,
Empowering,
And aligned with what you want?
Or have they been more doubtful,
Fearful,
Or heavy with frustration?
Just notice.
Whatever comes up is okay.
Take a moment to think about what comes up for you.
Growth begins with honestly looking at ourselves without judgment.
We're all a work in progress.
Because it's only when we notice what's not working,
That we can make small,
Needed changes that can make a huge difference over time.
Now imagine your thoughts as a stream of water,
Like a gentle creek winding its way through a beautiful forest.
Every thought you think adds to this stream.
Either you add a little more fresh,
Clean spring water to the stream,
Or you add a little more sand and silt that muddies the water.
Imagine that all your thoughts either contribute to the speed and clarity of this stream,
Or they're muddying it up and blocking its flow.
Now think about one thing you really want.
It could be a goal,
Or an experience,
Or an expanded feeling you'd like to bring into your life.
Imagine what this thing would mean for you,
And what changes it might bring into your life.
And as you start to see this thing,
What you want,
See it as a scene.
And as you imagine your scene,
Make sure you use these three keys to bringing what you want into your life.
Key number one is be in the scene.
Make sure you're in the scene,
Not like you're watching it from the sidelines.
Not like you're in the audience of a movie up on a screen.
Be in it,
Looking out from your own eyes and noticing what's all around you.
Key number two is imagine it's done.
Imagine it like it's a present fact,
Like you flash forward into the future,
And you're in that reality now.
Your scene is unfolding all around you as though it's real right now.
And key number three,
Find the best feeling.
Find the most intense,
Positive feeling you can while you're in your scene,
And feel that feeling as intensely as you can.
What does it feel like?
Is it relief or excitement?
Joy,
Elation,
Glee?
Feel those feelings.
From my own practice,
I can share that your scene doesn't have to be long or elaborate.
It can be short and sweet,
But it does need to be infused with a strong,
Positive emotion.
And you need to imagine it even in the exact moment that it's done,
Where the thing has arrived or your goal is accomplished.
So take a moment to bask in the feelings of your scene.
And remember,
You deserve this.
And when you can,
All through the day,
Come back to your scene.
To help you remember the three keys,
Use the acronym BIF.
So B is be in the scene,
Be in the scene and not watching it from the sidelines.
I is imagine it's done.
Like it's as real as real life right now.
And F,
Find the best feeling you can.
What positive feeling defines this scene?
So be in the scene,
Imagine it's done and find the best feeling you can.
And if you're having any trouble visualizing,
Try writing it down.
Write out your scene in vivid detail and make sure you're writing it down from your perspective and in the present tense.
It's like you're watching your scene unfold in front of you right now.
Presence is the garden of creation.
So when you imagine what you want is real now,
The universe starts to work on your behalf.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Let's take one deep breath,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Try to embody the feelings associated with you having what you want.
And I invite you to repeat these affirmations with me silently or aloud.
One,
I am a powerful creator.
Two,
I can change my thoughts.
Three,
I can direct my thinking to what I want.
Four,
I can manifest what I want.
And five,
I trust the universe to take care of the rest.
Manifestation isn't about trying to force what you want into existence.
It's about directing your thoughts and allowing the rest to fall into place.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
I invite you to carry the feelings of having what you want with you as you go through your day.
Trust that the universe is conspiring to bring you everything you could ever want in every moment that you let it.
And open your eyes or come back to where you are.
Thank you so much for taking the time to be here today.
And until next time,
Trust in your practice and in your own inner guidance and allow the universe to work its magic.
