Let's begin by finding a comfortable position in any posture that you like where you can feel at ease,
Perhaps keeping your heart open to the group.
And just begin to allow yourself a few deep breaths as you let your awareness come to your body.
Feel the air coming into you and begin to feel the space of your body.
Feel where it is you are now,
The place that you are occupying,
And as you sense around your skin and the physical boundaries of your embodied presence,
Perhaps begin to allow that awareness to extend out a little further,
Perhaps even sensing your awareness of your being that reaches out a little further than your skin into the energy field of your spirit that takes up a little more space than your physical body.
Just let yourself sense any of that energetic awareness around you.
This field of perception and presence always goes a little bit beyond our own skin,
Even if we think of ourselves as being contained in our body.
So let that sense of presence just continue to grow a little bit and expand.
You may already begin to notice that you are not alone,
Maybe a spirit guide or the felt sense of one another from the extension of our hearts or the sense of the presence of our body.
We're now going to open our awareness into the space just beyond that field of being,
Open up to the cloud of witnesses,
To the presence and awareness of those in the realm of the beyond that we're not always aware of in this practice among the cloud of witnesses,
In this practice with the communion of saints.
Now let your awareness focus and center into your heart space,
Coming down into that core within your chest.
Feel that heart within,
Maybe a sense of the heart of God within your heart,
Or any energy that's present that you're aware of,
A sense of your inner radiance from the core of your heart,
Any sense of love.
We might even consciously welcome and bring in the intention of love as we seek to be with one another and with our spirit guide presences that come from love and are here to be love with us.
Let that radiance and energy flow from that core of your heart out through your body through your body,
Through your energetic body,
Through your energy field and into the we space with one another and with the cloud.
And now we'll let our awareness move down to our feet as we enter into our grounded connection with the earth,
Letting our roots reach deep into another sort of cloud,
Into the interconnected space of our material reality,
Interfused with the divine,
This Christ energy.
Let yourself through your feet become aware of your physical embodiment in the earth,
In the earth,
Perhaps feeling drawn to a place in nature where you feel particularly resonant and at home.
Let your roots bring you there,
Perhaps become aware of the presence of a particular tree who is one of your guides or maybe a stream or a lake.
If you feel so drawn you might also allow your awareness to become open to any animal spirit guides who could be with you in any of these places.
So you and now let your awareness move to your spiritual womb into your gut space and the depths of your deepest identity into the warm embrace of the divine womb,
The inner being and being held.
And as you sense yourself in this safe embrace,
In this womb of love,
If you like you can let your awareness be open to any kin who might be with you in the womb,
Anyone sharing this enclosure,
In the presence of a guide especially connected to your womb and perhaps they are a source of vitality or creativity,
Courage,
Or simply a familial presence with you here.
So now let your awareness move to your head space,
Welcoming a cleared mind that is present,
Focused,
And open.
And again begin to allow your awareness in your head to extend out into the space around you,
Into the collective field,
Perhaps a little further beyond touching the cloud around you,
Around us.
Let your mind be open and aware of this cloud of presences that are here with us,
That support us,
That exist in the realm of collective consciousness,
Sources of wisdom beyond.
And perhaps if you like you can be open to the experience of any one of them or a presence perhaps a messenger or a light being emerging from that cloud,
Maybe with something to offer or maybe just as a presence,
An introduction.
Let yourself be wherever you're drawn in your awareness in this collective mind space,
Open to any gifts or offerings of wisdom or insight from beyond.
So so And now from your whole being continue this open awareness in our shared we space,
Present with one another and with our spirit guides.
Let yourself be open perhaps to any felt sense of touch on your skin,
Of a guide wanting to make contact with you if you're open to that.
That can help us sense and become aware of their presence.
In this space you also can consciously ask or invite someone to come here and be with you,
To be with us,
Perhaps a saint or ascended master that you're particularly drawn to,
Or maybe an ancestor,
Perhaps the presence of Jesus or Mary or any other spirit guide you feel inclined to invite or consciously connect with.
From your whole being let yourself move into this flow of collective presence,
This mystical we space in communion with spirit and with one another,
Following that flow wherever we're being drawn.
Open to love and wisdom and care and deep connection.
And now if you're practicing alone or rather by yourself for we're never alone,
You're welcome to stay here in this field as long as you like,
Or if you're practicing in a we space with others and you feel so drawn,
We might now share anything that we want to bring to one another,
Perhaps an experience that we've had with a guide in any of our centers of awareness.
Perhaps if we received any gifts of wisdom or offerings of insight for ourselves or for one another,
We can bring that to the we space now and share with one another,
Continuing in our state of openness and awakening present to emergence or anything further that might still come forth as we share with one another and connect from this cloud of witnesses,
This broader we space into our time together with one another here and now.
