Individual Whole-Body Mystical Awakening practice is a meditation of embodiment to move into knowing from our four centers of spiritual knowing: head, heart, spiritual womb, and feet. In this meditation, we also open to spiritual guides who might have a gift for us.

Transcript

Get into a comfortable position,

One that you can be at ease with for 20 or so minutes.

And sit in your chair in whatever way or on the floor,

Whatever way is most comfortable to you.

And be able to put your feet on the floor at some later point.

And as we begin,

You may want to close your eyes or however you do this best.

Take some thoughtful breaths in whatever way you usually breathe.

The difference is now you are mindful of your breathing.

And if you're paying attention to your breath,

You're probably in your headstitcher thinking about breathing,

Which is a good thing to do right now.

And now we're going to drop down from our head to our heart.

If you're used to dropping your awareness down to your heart space,

Go ahead.

And if that's not something you do all the time,

You might want to start by tapping the top of your head with a finger or two.

And then keep tapping while you tap down the side of your face to your jaw,

To your throat,

And finally to your heart.

And keep tapping there until you sense your mind dropping down to your heart and that your awareness is in your heart.

It can also be helpful to put your hand or both hands on your heart space,

On your chest.

And that increases the energy flow since your hands and arms are part of your heart space.

And if you need a little more help,

Think of someone you love that you're grateful for,

You find important in your life.

Feel the love from your heart for them.

And then after that love is flowing,

Release them to focus on the love radiating from your heart.

And let whatever feelings you have come up and gently hold them in the space that you feel.

Now that you're awareness,

Drop down to your feet.

If you're able,

Place your feet on the floor or on the ground.

You may want to wiggle your toes or shift your feet around.

You can also see roots coming out of your feet,

Reaching down into the earth.

They can go all the way down to the center of the earth.

Let yourself feel how stabilizing and grounding that is.

Let yourself feel anchored and rooted in your material incarnation,

Your divine embodiment.

Draw the earth energy up by breathing it up into your feet,

Into your legs.

Let yourself be aware of whatever energy is flowing,

Sensations,

Impressions,

And images that may come up.

Now continue to draw that grounding energy up.

This time into your gut or spiritual womb.

We all have a spiritual womb,

Whether we have a physical womb or not.

And this is the natural place for our anchoring and centering to come to rest.

You can place your hands on your tummy,

Even moving them around,

Sending love and comfort to the creativity and intuition that flows from your spiritual womb.

And you can begin breathing from your abdomen.

If your tummy is moving up and down while you're breathing,

You're doing it well.

There are no thoughts or feelings in your spiritual womb,

Just sensing,

Intuition,

Symbols,

And sometimes images that come up from our gut through our heart to our mind.

Our spiritual womb is home to our deepest core identity,

Where we are constantly being created in the likeness and image of God.

And that's not a thought or a feeling,

It's a sense or intuition.

It's what Elijah called a still small voice.

So sit with any sensation or intuitions that rise up from your spiritual womb.

Now move back up to your heart for a brief stop to soak up the love that's flowing in there.

Now move on up to your head center.

You may notice that your mind is unusually cleared and still because heart energy tends to do that.

Rest in that vibrant stillness.

From this cleared,

Vibrant stillness,

Images and words can also emerge.

However,

They're different from our usual thinking because they come from a deeper awakened consciousness deep inside of us.

And at any point if you want to,

You can move on up into the vast space that is above you and all around you.

Now one last stop.

Move back into your heart.

This time as you're resting in that flowing love from your heart,

Become aware of any spiritual presences that are there with you.

Just be aware of sensing their presence.

They are there for you.

That can be God's motherly,

Fatherly presence hovering over you or holding you.

Maybe the presence of Jesus or Mary next to you and maybe one or more other spiritual guides.

Just rest in the awareness of any of these spiritual friends that are present with you.

And notice the energy field that is being uniquely created between you and each of them.

And they are there to love you.

You And now one last thing.

This is really fun to do.

Ask a spiritual presence with you now,

But they would give you a gift.

It can be an object,

An image or a word or words.

And go with the first thing that comes to you.
