This meditation is about unraveling our stability and contentment. It's about being aware of the true meaning of being in contentment. It’s about announcing our trillions of cells that they are stable, strong, and healthy and allowing them to store in their memory. It’s about calming our mind chatter with a positive affirmation. It’s about connecting to mother earth and feeling stable & supported.

So let's align ourselves.

Today we are thinking of being stable and being in a phase of contentment.

To me it's not that contentment is something we have to do that's our nature because we come from a place where we are perfect whole and divine and that's where the contentment comes from.

So as we align let's bring our right hand onto the chest left hand just below and around our navel.

Checking our posture for our own stability.

We are sitting nice and tall.

Alert and awake.

Aligning our neck and spine.

Our feet are firmly grounded,

Connected,

Connected to Mother Earth.

Shoulders relaxed back and down.

And as you take a couple of nice long inhale let your belly rise.

And as you exhale let your belly go in.

Inhaling and exhaling at your own pace at your own comfort.

Couple of more inhales and exhales.

And gently bring both your palms back to your lap sitting nice and comfortable with softly closed eyes,

Shoulders relaxed,

Neck and spine aligned.

As I bring awareness to what contentment means to me,

Simply allow your audio channel to be on.

Your eyes are closed.

You're sitting nice and still.

And allow your awareness either to your breath or to your to this guidance of knowing what contentment is.

Stability goes hand in hand with contentment.

And contentment to me is coming from abundance.

I do not think contentment as to be happy with what we have from the point of coming from lacking.

Instead I see contentment as non-attachment.

Contentment to me is to be responsible,

To be purposeful.

I kind of see contentment as faith in the universe which is full of abundance.

In other words I see contentment from the point of limitless abundance.

What that means is we do not have to sit in the phase where we are with no desires and intentions.

Rather opposite to grow,

To evolve,

To expand is our soul's nature.

To aspire to enjoy the abundance of the universe in every aspects of our life is wonderful.

But what we have when we look the contentment in terms of non-attachment.

So even if we have everything,

We are contented and not attached to it.

Even we do not have some things in our life.

Then also we are contented and happy as we are not attached to those things.

To aspire to enjoy abundance in every aspects of life is wonderful.

But we always have to enjoy what we have with most creatively,

Joyfully,

With responsibility,

With nourishing purpose for ourselves and others.

We have to know that this universe who is running the show is full of abundance.

Abundance of prana,

Oxygen,

Sunshine,

Water,

Food and beautiful loving beings like us and beautiful creatures around us.

Then truly what more do we want?

Money,

Power,

Positions are kind of man-made.

If we want more of those then I guess sometimes there's scarcity of that.

But when you want and know the abundance of the universe of love,

Joyfulness,

Fullness which is our nature.

When we come from that place there is contentment,

There is abundance.

So today we continue to feel the abundance given by the universe to us.

So continue to be aware of your breath.

Continue to have the feeling that as we are perfect,

As we are,

As we are whole and divine,

We truly need no external anchors and we feel contented in the abundance of the universe.

So very gently bring your awareness to the crown of your head with the feeling of abundance from the universe.

Where there is no lacking,

No scarcity of anything,

No shortage.

Feel that divine abundance flowing to you from the crown of your head to your forehead,

Softly closed eyes,

Your cheekbones,

Center of your chin,

Center of your throat,

Your shoulders,

Upper arm,

Elbows,

Lower arm,

Wrist,

Fingertips.

Allow yourself to connect to the divine energy around you as you pull through the thousands of no endings from your fingertips up to your palms,

Your elbows,

Upper arm,

Shoulders,

Center of your throat.

Continue to have that feeling of abundance from the universe,

Filling up your heart center,

Your navel,

Towards your thighs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Down to the soles of your feet.

Feel connected with Mother Earth,

The groundingness,

The support,

The balance of Mother Earth,

The physical stability that Mother Earth creates within us.

Allow yourself to connect through the soles of your feet to Mother Earth.

Wave gently,

Allowing that beautiful energy entering through the soles of your feet,

Through your toes,

Up to your ankles,

Up to your knees,

Up to your thighs,

Wrapping around towards your lower back,

Staying at the base of your spine,

Tip of your tailbone.

Continue to be aware of your breath at this most physical energy center with the grounding Mother Earth energy,

Bringing a strong stability,

Strength and health.

As you stay there,

Either be aware of the breath,

Maybe think of the sound,

Alarm,

Maybe if you could visualize red color,

Red light,

Red energy today,

Then do so.

So,

Let this affirmation vibrate into our trillions of sounds,

That I'm stable,

As I'm supported by Mother Earth.

I'm stable,

Because I'm supported by my friends and family.

I'm stable,

Because I'm contented.

And I'm stable,

As there is abundance in the universe.

I'm stable,

I'm stable,

Because I need no external anchors to define me.

And I'm stable,

Because I'm perfect,

Whole and divine.

Very gently,

Shift your awareness,

Towards your navel,

Below your navel,

Connecting to our creative force.

I'm stable,

And in contentment,

As I'm connected with my creative force.

Shifting awareness about the navel,

Feeling the breath at our Manipur chakra.

I'm stable in contentment,

As I come from the place of willpower,

Confidence and inner transformation.

Awareness up to your heart center,

As you connect with the breath and the space,

The expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center.

Allowing the affirmation to vibrate into your trillions of cells.

That I'm stable and contented,

As I know,

I nourish the universe,

Universe nourishes me.

Very gently,

Awareness to your throat center.

I express contentment to others,

And to myself in my internal dialogue.

Very gently,

Shifting your awareness to the center of your forehead,

Center of your eyebrows,

However it comes to you.

Visualize yourself,

In abundance,

Of what you truly want.

The abundance for yourself and for others.

Be creative in your visualization,

Be detailed in your visualization.

Be creative in your visualization.

Be creative in your visualization.

Gently shifting your awareness at the crown of your head.

Continue to visualize yourself,

In abundance as you connect with the universe,

With the world,

With the community.

Enjoying the abundance.

And very gently,

Through the back of your spine,

From the crown of your head all the way to the base of your spine,

Tip of your tailbone.

Feeling,

Grounded,

Connected.

And contented.

Gently,

Shift your awareness,

To your entire body,

Trillions of cells.

As you,

Feel the nourishment given to a trillions of cells by the universe.

Air,

Water,

Sunshine,

Food.

Feel that abundance,

For your health.

Very gently,

Bring your awareness,

Either at the center of your forehead,

Or watch your breath at the base of your nostrils as it goes in and out.

Or simply settle at your heart center,

However it comes to you today.

As you continue to meditate,

Touching the inner stillness.

I'll watch the time,

Before I come back to you.

Shift your awareness and settle into your heart center.

Let the affirmations vibrate,

Announcing to the trillions of cells within,

Healthy,

Energetic body.

A loving and compassionate heart.

An alert and reflective mind.

Enlightness of being.

Let's take couple of big inhales,

Exhale out.

Let the universe take care of the details.

And allow your awareness from your heart center again to your body,

To the trillions of cells,

Feeling joyful,

Enjoying the stability within.

The contentment and abundance of the universe.

Let's very gently bring both your palms together.

Go ahead and rub them.

Place it onto your eyes.

And massage from head to toe.

Your neck and throat,

Circular motion of your palms,

To all your joints,

Your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Pressing your palms,

Your fingertips,

Your torso,

Your lower back,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Back to your eyes.

And whenever you feel comfortable,

You may open your eyes.
