This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.
Find a comfortable place where you'll have limited interruptions.
Maybe on a bed or in a comfy chair and close your eyes.
Now I'd like you to take in a long deep breath.
Hold it for four seconds.
And then breathe out to the count of six.
Once again when you're ready take a long deep breath in for a count of four.
Hold it for four.
And then breathe out to the count of six.
Nothing is needed of you.
This is your time to relax and to put yourself first.
To let go of any tension or worries.
Let them go.
I want you to imagine now your favourite colour.
A colour that brings you peace and calmness.
A colour that soothes and relaxes you.
Maybe it's the colour blue to represent the ocean.
Or maybe the colour of your favourite item of clothing or favourite flower.
I want you to imagine this colour as a beam of light that has special healing powers as it moves around your body.
This healing light will bring deep relaxation as it moves.
Soothing you.
Bringing peace and tranquility.
Releasing tension.
And relaxing your muscles.
This special colour has healing powers that spread from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Easing you to let go of stress.
Bringing deep contentment and restfulness.
Let's start by imagining this light at the top of your head now.
Spreading over your face and skull.
Releasing tension here.
Calming your mind.
Replacing any worrying thoughts you have with positive calm ones.
Light is moving across your face now.
Relaxing all the tiny muscles in your cheeks.
Releasing tension.
Relaxing all the muscles,
Big and small.
Feel the light soothing away any tension,
Worries or anxieties.
Feel the tension in your forehead soothing and relaxing.
Feel any tension in your jaw releasing as you unclench it now.
Your whole face is feeling more and more relaxed.
Now the light is gently moving down your neck into your shoulders and upper back.
Feel the tension in your neck and slowly let it go.
Feel your shoulders lower as you relax them.
As the light soothes any tension here.
As it spreads to your upper back it brings great relief.
Alleviating any pain,
Tension or worry that you may be carrying here.
Relaxing these areas.
The light is gently moving down into your chest and stomach.
Passing over your arms and back bringing relaxation.
Relieving any tension.
Relaxing muscles.
Feel the tension in your chest and then let it go as the light spreads across each tiny muscle.
Soothing it.
Feel the tension in your stomach muscles.
Hold it.
And then let it go relaxing every muscle.
Now the light is bringing relaxation all the way down your arms,
Into your palms and down to the tips of your fingers.
Releasing tension.
You now feel all the pressure in your back has eased.
Your airways have nicely opened up helping you to breathe more deeply and easily.
The colourful light radiates down into your buttocks,
Hips and thighs releasing all the tension here.
Feeling deep relaxation,
Softening,
Lengthening and loosening the tense overworked muscles.
And as the light moves down into your legs you can feel them getting heavier and heavier as they sink into the surroundings.
Slowly the light illuminates your feet,
Spreading across the soles of your feet.
Lighting up each toe,
Finding the tension and then releasing it.
Soothing the muscles.
Feeling total relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Now your special light has soothed away tension and replaced it with total relaxation.
Total calmness.
Nothing is needed of you now,
This is your time.
Your body feels heavier and heavier now as it sinks deeper into its surroundings.
You thank the light for helping you to soothe your mind and body.
Feeling that should you need to relax and soothe your body again,
You can easily do so by closing your eyes and accessing your special light technique.
You are now in a deep state of relaxation.
Where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
And I would like to speak directly to your subconscious mind.
Which often tries to protect us by keeping us in old out of date patterns.
I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you.
But it's ok to open up to new suggestions and opportunities.
You no longer need out of date emotions that no longer serve you.
Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,
I'd like you to imagine a warm golden light surrounding you,
Enveloping you in a comforting embrace.
This light is a symbol of relaxation and tranquility.
And as it washes over you,
You feel all your worries and cares melting away.
It is time now to focus on the here and now.
To focus on what you really want from life and to go and get it.
No more procrastinating.
No more delaying.
No more over worrying.
From now on you make the most of every moment.
You are a doer,
Not just a thinker.
You are now excited to seize the day.
To make the most of your life in this exact moment.
From now on you don't let yourself wander to the past in your thoughts,
Nor are you distracted by the future.
Instead you focus on what you can accomplish in the present moment.
You know what to really seize the day means.
And you know that to seize the day you have to live in the present moment.
It could be that you were previously missing out on creating new amazing moments because you're time traveling to periods that no longer exist.
You can't keep running back to the past and you can't keep hiding away from the future.
All you've got to seize the day is the moment happening right now.
I'd like you now to repeat these words in your mind and allow them to sink deep into your subconscious mind where you can make those powerful changes.
I seize the day with confidence and enthusiasm.
I embrace each moment as an opportunity for growth and fulfillment.
I trust in my abilities to overcome any obstacles that may come my way.
I am deserving of success and happiness.
I choose to live each day to the fullest with passion and purpose.
Feel the power of these affirmations resonating within you.
Filling you with a sense of empowerment and determination.
Know that you have within you everything you need to seize the day and make the most of every moment.
You release negative feelings,
Beliefs,
Fears or doubts that you're holding back.
These emotions no longer serve you,
They simply keep you locked in the past.
So I'd like you now to imagine any fears and doubts leaving your body now with each breath you take.
Feel the negativity leaving your body as it's exhaled out into the air,
Drifting off,
Far,
Far away.
And with each breath the tension,
Fear and doubts leave your body.
Making you feel lighter,
More relaxed,
Less anxious and more confident about the future.
I'd like you now to use your powerful imagination to see yourself as an older person.
You've grown old and you're thinking back to all your experiences,
Your achievements,
Your incredible memories.
You're feeling so proud of yourself for having been proactive in living life to the fullest.
You got up and made a change.
You trusted in yourself and you lived your life to the fullest.
You are so happy that you did everything you wanted to do.
Each new day brought new opportunities and you seized them as best you could.
Now I'd like you to bring yourself back to this day,
See yourself waking up tomorrow,
A fresh new day ahead.
I'd like you to see yourself seizing the day,
Fully embodying the confidence and enthusiasm that comes with embracing life to the fullest.
I'd like you to take a moment now to mentally think of three steps that you can do immediately.
These three small steps signify the start of change,
The start of a new life,
Taking back control now.
These steps are the start of you seizing the day.
Not next week,
Not next month,
Not next year,
But today.
Being in the here and now,
The present moment and taking action.
This may include researching a passion project,
Booking a class,
Having a conversation with someone,
Whatever it may be,
It signifies seizing the day immediately.
So take a moment now and let your subconscious mind give you the three things that you can do to start seizing the day.
Now just take a moment to see yourself tackling challenges with ease and grace,
Overcoming obstacles with determination and resilience,
And achieving your goals with joy and satisfaction.
See yourself living your life with purpose and passion,
Making the most of every opportunity that comes your way.
Seizing each day with enthusiasm and optimism,
Knowing that you have the power to create the life you desire.
Because you deserve the life you desire.
From now on,
You carry with you the feelings of empowerment and determination that you've experienced today.
You know that you have the ability to seize the day and make the most of every moment.
You're excited for what the future holds for you as you embrace life to the fullest.
