Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.

Allow yourself to settle comfortably.

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

Let your eyes gently close.

As you allow your body to sink heavily into a comfortable position now.

As you take a long slow breath in.

And exhale slowly.

And again take in another breath.

Filling your lungs and stomach.

And breathe out slowly.

Gently.

And purposefully.

Find the stillness.

Allow yourself to feel the stillness around you.

And inside you.

Scan over your body and take notice of the parts that need to relax more.

Relax these parts of the body as you take this time for yourself.

As you let nothing bother nor disturb you.

This is your time now just for you.

Feeling heavy.

Relaxed.

And comfortable.

As my mind clears I feel more focused.

I have more clarity.

As I learn to be more positive.

I think positively.

I believe in myself.

I can do anything.

As I stop worrying and catastrophizing.

Starting to focus on the present.

Who I am right here,

Right now.

In this moment I choose to be positive.

I'm confident and I have faith.

I face my fears because I am brave.

I face my fears and I control my mind.

I think more positively each and every day.

I breathe in positivity.

And I breathe out negativity and tension.

I have a positive inner dialogue.

As my positive thoughts create positive experiences for me.

I feel stronger and more resilient each day.

Happy and full of optimism.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready you'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation.
