This Being Mindfully Present Meditation Audio is aimed at people who want to be more aware of their thoughts and feelings and who want to notice more of the present moment, without judgment. Life can be fast-moving and our brains are bombarded with external information from the minute we wake up to the moment we go to bed. This session will help you to become focused and more mindful as your mind learns to be more aware of the here and now, to be more present, and to live your life deeply. The more you practice listening to this session, the more your mind will learn to slow down and be present.
