In yoga, prana is your life force or energy. Throughout the day, that energy is constantly influenced by your thoughts, conversations, environment, movement and breath. This short meditation is a chance to pause and check in with your body, your breath and your energy. Together, we’ll notice: what has felt draining, what has felt nourishing, what you may need more of today Perfect for: a nervous system reset, mindful self-awareness, stress support, a short daily meditation practice, and reconnecting with yourself during busy days You may enjoy returning to this meditation at the same time each day as a simple moment to pause, reflect, and reset.
