What Is a Trigger? A trigger is a wound, and wounds are painful. When something triggers you, what's actually happening is that an old, unhealed belief or pattern has been activated. This meditation is designed to take you directly into that wound, to help you see it clearly, and to begin the process of transforming it. This is not a meditation meant to make you feel comfortable now. It is a meditation meant to lead you to your ultimate freedom...in time.
