Sex And Intimacy Shadow Work Meditation

A guided meditation for exploring and transforming your relationship with sex and intimacy. This practice moves through both the shadow and the light aspects of these themes, helping bring subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and past experiences into awareness.

Through visualization and journaling, the meditation invites you to examine where sex and intimacy may feel painful, unsafe, confusing, disconnected, or out of alignment, and then consciously create a more supportive and heart-aligned inner relationship with them. The practice is designed to help shift fear, shame, resistance, or emotional density into greater clarity, self-trust, connection, and openness.

This is a deeper reflective meditation for listeners who are comfortable engaging with shadow work, symbolic imagery, and intentional inner healing.

Transcript

Begin by sitting up nice and straight and taking a big deep breath in and then sighing it all the way out. Taking another deep breath in breathing in from the center of the earth and then sighing all the way out as you command your body to relax. Finding your center I want you to breathe all the way in and connecting deeply to this center breathing all the way out. Now in your mind's eye I want you to imagine an elevator. Walk towards this elevator now and notice that above it it says sex and intimacy. The doors are open so step inside and turn around and when you do the doors will close. Once the doors close you notice that there are two buttons that you could press. One says light and one says shadow. Begin by pressing the one that says shadow now and after you do the elevator starts to move down. It moves down down down sinking into your subconscious going further and further down into your subconscious where it's going to show you the shadow aspect of your relationship with sex and intimacy. Within three two one the elevator comes to a complete stop. Now just before you get out understand that when these doors open you are going to step into the dark side of sex and intimacy. The negative side of your relationship to these two aspects of life. You're going to see all the manipulation the abuse and the pain that has come about because of unhealthy and imbalanced relationships with sex and intimacy. Down here there are no rose-colored glasses. The veil will simply drop and you will see both your conscious and subconscious negative beliefs about sex and intimacy playing out before your eyes. You will see what unhealthy relationships with sex and intimacy have done to the world to the ones you love and most importantly you're going to see what it has done to you both in this lifetime and maybe even lifetimes past. Do not be afraid to see what's in here. You want to see what's in here. You want to understand what's going on in your subconscious mind relative to sex and intimacy. And so as the doors begin to open allow your subconscious to paint this picture for you. Allow yourself to step in and see the dark side of sex and intimacy. You're going to spend some time in here walking around having a look at what the shadow aspect of sex and intimacy has done to the world. The manipulation, The abuse, The cruelty, The addiction. You're going to look at what the dark side of sex and intimacy has done to your friends, Your family, Your loved ones and most importantly you. How many times has sex and intimacy caused you anguish? How many times has it caused you to act out of alignment with your heart? Causing you to behave in ways you're not proud of or maybe you have been the victim of someone else's shadow causing you to shut down, Push away and resist sex and intimacy. Whatever you see will be unique to you based on your personal experiences of sex and intimate relationships. Spend some time walking around really allowing your subconscious to share with you your negative relationship with sex and intimacy. Whilst you're down here exploring this state I'm going to ask you to engage in a dynamic process where you get a notebook and every so often you open your eyes and you write down what you see. Specifically you're going to write down two sentences. One of them is sex and intimacy are. Sex and intimacy are dangerous. Sex and intimacy are harmful. Sex and intimacy are manipulative, Disempowering, Disgusting, Bad, Inappropriate. Maybe you might write sex and intimacy cause fighting, Violence, Jealousy and destroy relationships etc. And the other sentence you're going to write is my relationship with sex and intimacy in this shadow dimension is and maybe you'll write limited, Painful, Uncomfortable, Scary, Absent, Abusive etc. You're going to spend as much time as you need doing this now so go ahead and pause this recording now and write down everything you see down here and everything you feel relative to your shadow relationship with sex and intimacy. When you feel like you have written everything down then come back and we will move on. Now that you have everything written down in this book I want you to walk through this dimension and find the elevator once again. Once you find it allow the doors to open and step inside. Once you step inside turn around and you will watch the doors close. Now I want you to press the button that says light. After you do the elevator starts to move up, Up, Up. Moving away from the subconscious and towards the light dimension. This elevator is going up towards the super conscious, The soul conscious, The God conscious levels of understanding. Moving up, Up, Up. You're feeling it getting lighter and lighter and lighter until eventually in three, Two, One. The elevator comes to a stop and the doors open and light floods in. It absolutely floods in and fills the space. This warm, Beautiful, Glorious light. And as you begin to step out of the elevator it's like stepping into a waterfall of light. It's pouring down upon you from up above. Flowing over your body, Pouring into your system, Into your cells and it feels so unbelievably good. It feels so good that you take another step and you say yes please fill me with more light. And as more light pours in you feel it crack open your heart and even more light starts to flood out of your very own heart in every direction. Oh it feels so good just basking in this space for just a moment longer. And now up ahead I want you to see a table. Make your way over to this table now. And as you get closer I want you to notice that this is a huge table and that there are many chairs around it and that they're all filled with light beings, Spirit guides, Angels, Saints and your entire tribe of light worker friends. At the head of the table you notice one empty chair. Intuitively you know this chair is yours and so I want you to walk over to the table now and I want you to sit in this chair. Notice how it feels to be here. It feels very similar to the table you sat at in the meditation about divine self-worth. This is your chair, This is your space and this is your team of light worker friends and family who are here to support you. There are even some beings at this table who are experts in their field and who are here to specifically help you understand your relationship with sex and intimacy. Now that you're sitting in this chair you notice that you're still holding your book. The book that you just wrote in everything you saw in the shadow dimension. Now all the things you wrote down in this book are basically like a contract that you have with sex and intimacy. This is your current contract at the subconscious level and now I want you to open this book. Open it up to the pages that you just wrote in and then put it in the middle of the table and ask these beautiful light beings who are all here to support you. What is this and why is it my contract? Why do I have this hanging out in my subconscious? And leave it there for a moment and just let them ponder it and share the answer with you. Now if you pay close attention you'll see that they're smiling at you. They're smiling and they're saying to you, You wrote this contract, This is yours. Nobody wrote this for you and gave it to you. This is the relationship you wanted to have with sex and intimacy at the subconscious level. And so they hand the book back to you and they ask you, Why? Why did you write this contract? Why is this the relationship that you wanted to have with sex and intimacy? And so from this perspective I want you to notice that you have learned what other people go through which will only make you a better lightworker. I want you to notice that you've learned a lot about your own limitations and the power of your mind through this relationship. And I want you to notice that you've learned a lot about human nature when people forget who they are. And so there's a lot of good that has come out of this contract. There's a lot of learning and there's a lot of growth. However it's time to ask yourself if this contract is still useful and beneficial for your life. In fact turn this question back over to the table and ask the experts and the support light beings that are here for you, Do I still need this? Is this contract still beneficial? Is it still useful? Is it still serving me? Or is it time to resolve it? Most likely the answer will be that this contract is done, That you do not need it anymore. If however you don't feel like it has been resolved then spend some time now talking to this table to figure out why. Remember that you are the one writing the story of your life so if you don't want to let it go you have a reason why and you need to find that reason and unravel it if you want the contract to resolve. But ultimately you are in control of the situation. Now if you can resolve it and you're willing to resolve it and you're ready to resolve it just hand it over to the table and allow the whole group to help you transmute the energy. Let this contract be done, Watch it disintegrate, Transform, Turn back into light, Burn it, Pull it apart, Whatever you need to do just allow it to happen now. You do not need to understand this process, Just allow it to happen. Allow the energy of this contract to dissolve itself and return back to the light. Once this is done notice that one of these light beings is sliding another piece of paper towards you now. This piece of paper is the actual contract that you have with sex and intimacy in this lifetime at the highest level. This is your real contract. This is a contract that you want to have. It is the most exciting, Most magnanimous, Most beautiful contract you could imagine having and so I want you to reach out and take it and move it towards yourself. On the top of the piece of paper is your name and on the rest of the paper is your contract about your high dimensional relationship with sex and intimacy and so I actually want you to stop this recording now and spend some time writing up your new contract. Remember this is the most exciting, Most divine, Most spiritually aligned relationship that you could ever imagine having with sex and intimacy. Go ahead and write that now. When you're finished come back and we will complete the process together. Now that you've finished writing this new contract, This contract that should be filling you with joy, Excitement and light-heartedness, I want you to take that pen back out and I want you to sign your name on the bottom and as you do state with inside of yourself with conviction that it is so. This is the relationship you declare to have with sex and intimacy. Both sex and intimacy are joyful, Are fun, Are healthy and are of the light when you are aligned. Also notice that this table full of light beings, Full of angels, Spirit guides and experts are all supporting you in your new decision to uplift your relationship with sex and intimacy. They know who you are and they know that when you are aligned with your heart, Sex and intimacy are both gifts for you and others and they wholeheartedly support your new relationship and your new declaration of what sex and intimacy mean to you. For fun, In your imagination or in real life if you would rather, I want you to stand up and I want you to hold this new contract in your hand and I want you to shout to the heavens, It is done, It is done, It is done. I declare it as done, I believe it is done and I'm ready for this. I am so ready for this. I'm ready and I'm willing and my arms are wide open and I allow this in. In this moment I want you to feel the light all around. I want you to feel yourself become infinite oneness, A state that you have been in many times before and from this state of consciousness I want you to feel that it's okay to choose to have an incredible relationship with sex and intimacy. God does not judge you in any way, Shape or form for your sexual preferences, Your desires or your love of sex and intimacy. In fact you're only ever celebrated when you're in a state of sexual ecstatic bliss and deep intimacy with another or others. So declare it as so and own it as yours. Once you feel this, And I mean really feel this, There is one last thing to do. I want you now to turn back around to go find the elevator, To jump in it and to press the button shadow and I want you to go back down into your subconscious, Down, Down, Down and once you get there in three, Two, One and the doors open I want you to step out into the shadow but with this newfound light and I want you to go and sit in the middle of this shadow and I want you to flood this place with light. Flood it with light, Flood it with abundance, Flood it with love and use your consciousness to clean it up, To love this space, To heal this space, To transform this space. This is how powerful you are. You can transform the shadow and turn it into light when you are ready. You are the medicine, You are the key and it is your conscious choice to do this. If you believe this is what is happening then this is what is happening. You are transforming your relationship with sex and intimacy now. Spend as much time down here lighting this place up as you want and when you feel like it is done come back to your heart. Rejoice in your new contract with sex and intimacy and then just open your eyes and go about your life knowing that it is done, It is done, It is done.
